इस मुकद्दमे का संक्षिप्त सार यह है कि उपरोक्त गौर दास पुत्र सुन्दर दास, निवासी गांव मडग्रां, डाकघर उदयपुर, उप-तहसील उदयपुर, जिला लाहौल एवं स्पीति (हि0प्र0) ने इस आशय के साथ इस अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र मय शपथ-पत्र व अन्य दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत किया है कि राजस्व अभिलेख के महाल उदयपुर, महाल मडग्रां, महाल धार भीबांग में प्रार्थी का नाम गौरी दास दर्ज कागजात है, जोकि गलत है जबकि शपथ-पत्र व संलग्न दस्तावेजों के अनुसार प्रार्थी का नाम गौर दास है, जो सही है। अब प्रार्थी महाल उदयपुर, महाल मडग्रां, महाल धार भीबांग के राजस्व अभिलेख में अपना नाम दुरुस्त कर गौर दास करवाना चाहता है।

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा नाम दुरुस्ती बारे कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह इश्तहार के प्रकाशित होने के एक महीने के भीतर अदालत हजा में हाजिर होकर लिखित अथवा मौखिक एतराज पेश कर सकता है अन्यथा यह समझा जायेगा कि किसी भी सम्बन्धित व्यक्ति को इस मुकद्दमा नाम दुरुस्ती बारे कोई उजर व एतराज न है तथा आवेदन- पत्र को अन्तिम रूप दिया जायेगा व एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जायेगी।

इस मुकद्दमें का संक्षिप्त सार यह है कि उपरोक्त देवेन्द्र सिंह पुत्र हस्त राम, निवासी गांव मडग्रां, डाकघर उदयपुर, उप-तहसील उदयपुर, जिला लाहौल एवं स्पीति (हि0प्र0) ने इस आशय के साथ इस 10372 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 20 जनवरी, 2026/30 पौष, 1947 अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र मय शपथ-पत्र व अन्य दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत किया है कि राजस्व अभिलेख के महाल मडग्रां में प्रार्थी का नाम देविन्दर कुमार दर्ज कागजात है, जोकि गलत हैं जबकि शपथ-पत्र व संलग्न दस्तावेजों के अनुसार प्रार्थी का नाम देवेन्द्र सिंह है जो सही है। अब प्रार्थी महाल मडग्रां के राजस्व अभिलेख में अपना नाम दुरुस्त कर देवेन्द्र सिंह करवाना चाहता है।
