संख्याःएफ0एफ0ई0-बी0-ए0(3)5/2019.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, वन्य जीव (संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 1972 की धारा 64 द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 6-9/73-एस एफ, तारीख 24 फरवरी, 1975 द्वारा अधिसूचित और राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में तारीख 25 जून, 1975 को प्रकाशित वाइल्ड लाइफ (प्रोटेक्शन) हिमाचल प्रदेश रूल्ज, 1975 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थातः--

1. स्ंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(1) इन रूल्ज का संक्षिप्त नाम वाइल्ड लाइफ (प्रोटेक्शन) हिमाचल प्रदेश अमेंडमेंट रूल्ज, 2026 है।

(2) ये रूल्ज राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. रूल 28 का संशोधन.--वाइल्ड लाइफ (प्रोटेक्शन) हिमाचल प्रदेश रूल्ज, 1975 (जिन्हें इसमें इसके पश्चात "सैड रूल्ज" कहा गया है) के रूल 28 में,--

(क) सब-रूल (3) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः--

"3(a) The entrance fees in the case of citizen of India shall be as under:—

(b) The entrance fees in the case of a person other than a citizen of India shall be as under:—

(c) A student studying in the school shall be permitted on payment of half the rate of fees mentioned in clause (a) or (b) as the case may be.

(d) No fee shall be payable in respect of a child below five years of age4388 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 10 जून, 2026/20 ज्येष्ठ, 1948 (e) Additional fees shall be levied for light vehicle and heavy vehicle as under:—

(ख) सब-रूल (4) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः-

"(4) (a) The fees for operating a camera shall be as under:—

(b) The fees for shooting films shall be as under:—

(c) Special permission for use of drones may be given by the Chief Wildlife Warden only for Citizens or Institutions of India for educational or research or publicity or awareness purposes, and the fees shall be as under:—

(d) The rates for the provision of equipment by the Himachal Pradesh Forest Department on rent shall be as under:—

Provided a security amount of Rs. 500 shall be deposited before renting".

3. रूल 29 का संशोधन.--सैड रूल्ज के रूल 29 में,-

(क) सब-रूल (2) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः-

"(2) The fees payable by a person or a party not exceeding five, for conducting investigation or study of wildlife and purposes ancillary or incidental thereto; or scientific research in a sanctuary or National Park shall be Rs. 100/- per day in case of a citizen of India and Rs. 500/- per day for a person other than citizen of India." and

(ख) सब-रूल (3) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः-4390 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 10 जून, 2026/20 ज्येष्ठ, 1948 "(3) In addition to fees under Rule 29(2) above, an Annual License Fee for investigation or study of Wildlife and purposes ancillary or incidental thereto; or scientific research in a sanctuary or National Park shall be as under:-

4. रूल 33 का संशोधन.--सैड रूल्ज के रूल 33 के सब रूल (2) में "two rupees" शब्दों के स्थान पर "five hundred rupees" शब्द रखे जाएंगे।

5. रूल 40 का संशोधन.--सैड रूल्ज के रूल 40 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थातः-

"Fee.— Every application for the grant of licence of renewal thereof shall be accompanied by a treasury receipt or bank challan showing the fee according to the following scale had been paid, namely:—

(a) to commerce or carry on the business as a manufacturer of the dealer in any animal article shall be 2500/- rupees.

6. रूल 40ए का अतःस्थापन.--सैड रूल्ज के रूल 49 के पश्चात्‌ निम्नलिखित रूल अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः-

"49 A. Power of Government. The State Government may by order revise the rates from time to time."

नोट—

• मोबाइल कैमरों के उपयोग के लिए शुल्क, प्रवेश शुल्क में सम्मिलित किया गया है और नियम 28(3) (क) और (ख) के अन्तर्गत आता है। नियम 28(4) के अन्तर्गत प्रस्तावित शुल्क केवल व्यवसायिक कैमरों के उपयोग के लिए है।

• सभी शुल्क अग्रिम रूप से देय होंगे

• शुल्क आनुपातिक आधार पर लेने की बजाय एकमुश्त आधार पर ही लिया जाएगा।

Shimla, the 6th June, 2026

No. FFE-B-A(3)-5/2019.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 64 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Wildlife (Protection) Himachal Pradesh Rules, 1975 as notified vide this Department Notification No. 6-9/73-SF, dated 24-02-1975 and published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh on 25th June, 1975, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Wildlife (Protection) Himachal Pradesh (Amendment) Rules, 2026.

(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra (e- Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of rule 28.—In rule 28 of the Wildlife (Protection) Himachal Pradesh Rules, 1975 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules),—

(a) for sub-rule (3), the following shall be substituted, namely:—

"3(a) The entrance fees in the case of citizen of India shall be as under:—

4. Amendment of rule 33.—In rule 33 of the said rules, in sub-rule (2), for the words "two rupees", the words "five hundred rupees" shall be substituted.

5. Amendment of rule 40.—for rule 40 of the said rule, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

6. Insertion of rule 49A.—After rule 49 of the said rules, the following shall be inserted, namely:—

"49 A. Power of Government- The State Government may by order revise the rates from time to time."

Note:—

• The Fees for use of mobile cameras has been factored into and are inbuilt in the Entrance Fees-Rule 28(3) (a) and (b). The Fees proposed under Rule 28(4) are only for use of Professional Cameras.

• All fees shall be chargeable in advance

• Fee shall be charged on lump sum basis only and not pro rata basis.

Whereas, the area of Village Sharan Bihali of Tehsil Sainj, Distt. Kullu was severely impacted by the cloudburst/flash flood in monsoon season 25th June, 2025 resulting in large-scale destruction, displacement and loss of life.

And whereas, the persons listed below, who were present in the affected area, have been reported missing since the aforementioned date, and despite extensive search and rescue operations, their whereabouts remain unknown.

And whereas, inquiries have been conducted by Tehsildar Sainj and no credible information regarding their survival has been received.

Now, therefore, the general public and the all concerned are hereby notified that the provisional presumption of death is being considered for the following mission persons :

Any person having any knowledge, claims or objections regarding the whereabouts or survival of the above-mentioned missing individual(s) must submit their claims in writing, supported by evidence, to the undersigned within 30 days from the date of publication of this proclamation.

If no claims or objections are received within the stipulated period, the undersigned will proceed to declare the presumed death of the person(s) and issue Death Certificates to the next of kin. Given under my hand seal on the date 21st Day of May, 2026.

और चूंकि प्रभावित क्षेत्र में उपस्थित निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों के उपर्युक्त तिथि से लापता होने की सूचना मिली है और व्यापक खोज एवं बचाव अभियान के बावजूद उनका पता नहीं चल पाया है और चूंकि तहसीलदार सैंज द्वारा पूछताछ की गई है और उनके जीवित होने के संबंध में कोई विश्वसनीय जानकारी प्राप्त नहीं हुई है।

अतः आम जनता और सभी संबंधित पक्षों को सूचित किया जाता है कि निम्नलिखित लापता व्यक्ति/व्यक्तियों के लिए मृत्यु की अस्थायी आशंका पर विचार किया जा रहा है :

यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त लापता व्यक्ति/व्यक्तियों के बारे में कोई जानकारी दावा या आपत्ति हो तो उसे अपने दावे लिखित रूप में साक्ष्य सहित इस घोषणा के प्रकाशन की तिथि से 30 दिनों के भीतर अधोहस्ताक्षरी को प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।

संख्याः टी.पी.टी.-ए(4)-5/2023.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 96 की उप-धारा (2) के खण्ड (vii) के साथ पठित धारा 212 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मोटर यान अधिनियम/नियमों के अधीन विभिन्न प्रकार के अनुज्ञापत्र प्रदान करने के लिए हिमाचल प्रदेश मोटर यान नियम, 1999 के नियम 67 का संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव करते हैं और उन्हें संभाव्य प्रभावित होने वाले जनसाधारण की सूचना के लिए एतद्‌द्वारा राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में एतद्‌द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है;

यदि आवेदन फीस में प्रस्तावित संशोधन से संभाव्य प्रभावित होने वाला कोई व्यक्ति आवेदन फीस की बाबत कोई आक्षेप करना चाहे या सुझाव देना चाहे, तो वह लिखित आक्षेप (आक्षेपों) या सुझाव (सुझावों) को उक्त अधिसूचना के राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस दिन की अवधि के भीतर अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव (परिवहन), हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार, शिमला-2 को भेज सकेगा;

प्रारूप नियम

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश मोटर यान (संशोधन) नियम, 2026 है।

(2) ये नियम राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. नियम 67 का प्रतिस्थापन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश मोटर यान नियम, 1999 के नियम 67 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः-

"67. अनुज्ञापत्र प्रतिहस्ताक्षरित करने, प्रदान करने या नवीकृत के लिए आवेदन फीस :-

(1) अधिनियम के अधीन अनुज्ञापत्र प्रतिहस्ताक्षरित करने, प्रदान करने या नवीकृत करने के लिए प्रत्येक आवेदन के साथ निम्नलिखित फीस के जमा को दर्शाने वाली नकद रसीद/ ऑनलाइन भुगतान या ट्रैजरी चालान संलग्न किया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः-

संशोधित दरों में प्रत्येक दो साल में 10% की बढ़ौतरी की जाएगी, जिसे निकटतम 10 तक पूरा (राऊंड आफ) किया जाएगा।

परन्तु भारत में विदेशी राजदूतावासों को उनके स्वामित्वधीन परिवहनयानों की बाबत जारी किए गए अनुज्ञापत्र के लिए कोई फीस संदेय नहीं होगी।

(2) क्षेत्रीय परिवहन प्राधिकारी अनुज्ञापत्र के लिए आवेदन या अनुज्ञापत्र के प्रतिहस्ताक्षर के लिए फीस प्राप्त होने पर, प्रारूप एच0पी0 34 आर0पी0एफ0 में एक पृथक रसीद तैयार करेगा जो फीस देने वाले व्यक्ति को परिदत्त की जाएगी।''

Dated : Shimla-2, the 06th June, 2026

No. TPT-A(4)-5/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 212 read with clause (vii) of sub-section (2) of section 96 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, the Governor,4420 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 10 जून, 2026/20 ज्येष्ठ, 1948 Himachal Pradesh, proposes to amend rule 67 of the Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicle Rules, 1999 for the grant of different types of permits under Motor Vehicle Act/Rules and same are hereby published in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh for the information of the general public likely to be affected thereby;

If any person, likely to be affected by the proposed amendment in the application fee, has any objection(s) or suggestion(s) to make with regard to the application fee, he/she may send the written objection(s) or suggestion(s) to the Additional Chief Secretary (Transport) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-2, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of said notification in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh;

The objection(s) or suggestion(s), if any, received within the above stipulated period, shall be considered by the State Government, before finalizing the same, namely :—

Draft Rule

1. Short title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicle (Amendment) Rules, 2026.

(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.

2. Substitution of Rule 67.—For rule 67 of the Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1999, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

67. Application fee for countersignatures, grant or renewal of permit:—

(1) Every application for the countersignatures, grant or renewal of a permit under the Act shall be accompanied by cash receipt/online payment or a treasury challan showing the deposit of following fees, namely:—

The revised rates will be increased by 10% every two years rounded off to the nearest 10's: Provided that no fee shall be payable for a permit issued to Foreign Embassies in India in respect of transport vehicles owned by them.

(2) A Regional Transport Authority receiving a fee for an application for a permit or the countersignatures of a permit shall prepare a separate receipt in Form HP XXXIV RPF which shall be delivered to the person tendering the fees.
