अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा सर्वसाधारण व सम्बन्धित रिश्तेदारों को यदि वादी का नाम राजस्व कागजात मौजा बटसेरी सेरिंगचे, धार हन्या डी0पी0एफ0सी0 157 बटसेरी मे नरोतम दास पुत्र दिवान सिंह के स्थान पर नरोतम पुत्र दिवान सिंह करने बारे कोई एतराज हो तो वह आगामी तारीख पेशी 10-07-2026 को असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर होकर अपना एतराज प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। इसके उपरान्त कोई भी उजर/एतराज काबिले समायत न होगा तथा नियमानुसर राजस्व कागजात मौजा बटसेरी, सेरिंगचे, धार हन्या डी0पी0एफ0सी0 157 बटसेरी में वादी का नाम नरोतम दास पुत्र श्री दिवान सिंह के स्थान पर नरोतम पुत्र श्री दिवान सिंह दुरुस्त करने बारे आदेश पारित कर दिये जाएंगे।

Whereas, Mr. Pankaj Banal son of Mr. Subhash Banal, r/o Shamlech, P.O. Barog, Tehsil & Distt. Solan (H.P.) and Mrs. Sakshi Thakur w/o Mr. Pankaj Banal, and d/o Mr. Budhi Ram, r/o Vill. Uperla Baroh (486), P.O. Jagjit Nagar, Tehsil Kasauli, Distt. Solan (H.P.), have filed an application for the registration of their marriage, which was solemnized on 26-04-2026 and they have been living as husband and wife ever since then.

And whereas, both applicants have submitted in their application and in their affidavits that Mr. Pankaj Banal and Mrs. Sakshi Thakur were unmarried at the time of solemnization of their marriage and were major in age and having no prohibited relations to each other, debarring them to marry each other. Both the applicants have requested for registration of their marriage.

LLR-A(2)-1/2014-Legn.—In exercise of powers conferred by rule 4 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in supersession of previous Notification No. LLR-A(2)- 1/2014-Legn., dated 12th August, 2025, is pleased to designate the Additional Legal Remembrancer-cum-Additional Secretary (Law-English) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh as 'Competent Authority' for the entire State of Himachal Pradesh for the purpose of the said rules, with immediate effect.
