आदेश/नोटिस

श्री बंटी पुत्र श्री नूप राम, निवासी गांव दवाड़ा, तहसील एवं जिला कुल्लू के मृत्यु प्रमाण-पत्र जारी करने के संदर्भ में, और भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 1/2/(उत्तराखंड)/2011-VS-GRS दिनांक 16-08-2013 के तहत तहसीलदार कुल्लू से एक न्यायिक जांच करवाई गई जिसमें पाया गया कि बंटी उपरोक्त दिनांक 13-09-2025 को व्यास नदी के किनारे गया था। भारी वर्षा/बाढ़ के कारण नदी का जलस्तर काफी बढ़ गया था एवं अचानक पैर फिसलने से बंटी व्यास नदी में गिर गया। स्थानीय लोगों ने बताया कि उन्होंने बंटी के शव को खोजने का बहुत प्रयास किया, लेकिन उनका शव नहीं मिला। इस संदर्भ में पुलिस थाना पतलीकूहल में एक प्राथमिकी (FIR) भी दर्ज की गई है। तहसीलदार, कुल्लू की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, यह स्पष्ट होता है कि श्री बंटी पुत्र श्री नूप राम, निवासी गांव दवाड़ा, तहसील एवं जिला कुल्लू की मृत्यु 13-09-2025 को सुबह लगभग 6. 00 बजे अचानक पैर फिसलने से व्यास नदी में गिरने से हुई। अतः मैं, निशान्त कुमार (H.A.S.), उप-मंडल अधिकारी (ना0), कुल्लू, दिनांक 24-06-2026 को श्री बंटी पुत्र श्री नूप राम, निवासी गांव दवाड़ा, तहसील एवं जिला कुल्लू का मृत्यु प्रमाण-पत्र घोषित करने की प्रक्रिया कर रहा हूं। यदि उपरोक्त व्यक्ति की मृत्यु के संबंध में किसी को कोई आपत्ति/दावा हो, तो —पया अपनी आपत्तियां/दावे 24-07-2026 से पहले अधोहस्ताक्षरी के कार्यालय में भेजें।

Whereas, the above named applicants have made an application before me under section 8(4) of the H.P. Registration of Marriages Act, 1996 alongwith relevant records and affidavits stating therein that they have solemenized their marriage on 31-07-2018 at Rampur, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla (H.P.) with prevailing rites and customs but due to some un-avoidable circumstances it could not be entered in the records of Gram Panchayat Nirat Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla (H.P.).

And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws for the registration of marriage with the registrar of marriage and now, therefore, necessary order of the registration of their marriage be passed, so that their marriage could be registered by the concerned authority.

Now, therefore, obejections are invited from the general public that if anyone has any objection regarding the registration of marriage of above named applicants, they should appear before the court of undersigned on or before 9th August, 2026 either personally or through their authorized agent/pleader.
