SRO - 64 . In exercise of powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 12 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , Samvat 1989, the Government [No. 49-m 2

hereby appoint the officers mentioned in the Annexure to this notification to be the Executive Magistrates of the First Class who shall exercise all the powers of an Executive Magistrate of the First Class within such jurisdiction as may be assigned to them by the District Magistrate , Udhampur.

SRO - 96 - A.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 12 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , [No. 52-p 2
The J & K Govt . Gazette , 1st April , 2014/ 11th Chai . , 1936 .
Samvat 1989 , the Government hereby appoint the officers mentioned in the Annexure to this notification to be the Executive Magistrates of the First Class who shall exercise all the powers of an Executive Magistrate of the FirstClass within such jurisdiction as may be assigned to them by the District Magistrate , Reasi till 17-04-2014 .

Circular
Finance Department vide No. FD - VII - 04 ( 13 ) 2009-10 dated 27-10-2010 issued circular instructions which inter alia provided that with effect from 01-11-2010 no Government Department/ Corporation was to issue Government advertisement to any local or national newspaper directly and that all the ads to print media were to be routed through Information Department . It was also conveyed to the department that the balance provisions available with the departments on account of ' Advertisement and Publicity ' under Non - Plan Budget or under ' IEC ' and ' Work Contingency ' portion meant for the purpose under Plan Budget shall stand 50 The J & K Govt. frozen w . e . f . 01-11-2010 and the same was not available for expenditure . The amounts after reconciliation were to be transferred to Information * Department .
The Information Department has now desired that since the departments execute major projects under Plan , the advertisement costs in respect of each of these projects may be loaded on the project itself and the provision so kept for advertisement charges be transferred to the Information Department .
In view of this , the Finance Department reiterates its earlier instructions for compliance by all the departments with further amplification that the advertisement costs in respect of each of the projects may be loaded on the project cost itself and the provision , if any, still kept for any advertisement purposes may not be utilised.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me vide SRO - 365 dated 13-08-2013 . 1. Suraj Parkash Rukwal , KAS , Assistant Commissioner. Revenue ( Competent Authority ) . Kathua , under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Jammu and Kashmir Underground Public Utilities ( Acquisition of Rights of User in Land ) Act , 2014 , do hereby notify that the rights of user in land, particulars of which are given below is likely to be needed for the public utilities namely underground laying of gas pipelines or any other utility situated in Village Shehar Timber , Tehsil and District Kathua for public purposes .
Objection , if any, in writing with regard to acquisition of rights of user in respect of particulars of land mentioned below in schedule of property will be received by the undersigned either directly or through legal practitioner within a statutory period of thirty ( 30) days from the date of publication of this notification in the newspaper .
