"Every scheme submitted to the Authority for approval or recommendation to the Government shall be accompanied with a petition along with the service charges of Rupees one lac in respect of schemes relating to generation of electricity and Rupees five thousand in respect of other schemes " .

[No. 52-8 The J & K Govt . Gazette , 1st April , 2014 / 11th Chai . , 1936.
District Srinagar for the year 2014-15 are hereby notified in Form I , II and III on the basis of approval accorded by Divisional Valuation Board , Kashmir.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me vide SRO - 365 dated 13-08-2013 , 1 , Suraj Parkash Rukwal , KAS , Assistant Commissioner, Revenue ( Competent Authority ) , under sub- section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Jammu and Kashmir Underground Public Utilities ( Acquisition of Rights of User in Land ) Act , 2014 , do hereby notify that the rights of user in land . particulars of which are given below is likely to be needed for the public utilities namely underground laying of gas pipelines or any other utility situated in Village Chadwal , Tehsil Hiranagar , District Kathua for public purposes .
Objection , if any, in writing with regard to acquisition of rights of user in respect of particulars of land mentioned below in schedule of property will be received by the undersigned either directly or through authorised agent within a statutory period of thirty ( 30 ) days from the date of publication ofthis notification in the newspaper.
