SRO- 219.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax Act, 1962 , the Government hereby [No. 15- f 2
The J & K Govt. Gazette , 15th July , 2014 /24th Asad . , 1936 .
direct that in the Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax Rules , 1962, the following amendments shall be made , namely : -
1. In rule 15 ,-
(a) In sub - rule (b ) after entry 4 , the following entries shall be added, namely : -
"5. Statement of contracts sanctioned and executed in Form ST- 13E .
6. Statement of premium collected from insurance policy holders in Form ST- 13F.
7. Statement of banking services and tax collected in Form ST- 13G.
8. Statement of other service and tax collected in Form ST- 13Н " .
(b) After sub - rule ( d ) , the following sub - rule shall be added , namely :-
"(e) Notwithstanding anything contained in this rule , any dealer or class of dealers as may be specified by the Commissioner by a notification , shall file the return electronically along with the proof of payment within the period prescribed in this rule" .
2. In rule 71 ,-
(a) after sub - rule ( c ) , the following sub - rule shall be inserted, namely :-
"(cc) Notwithstanding anything contained in this rule , the returns , as specified in sub - section ( 8 ) of section 16-C can be filed electronically through a computer network in Form ST- 61 along with proof of payment . (b) after sub - rule ( d ) , the following sub - rules shall be added , namely :-
"( dd) Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 71 , the person deducting the tax under section 16 - C may deposit the tax so deducted electronically in Form ST- 59A.
(ddd) Where the payment of tax deducted at source or any other sum has been made electronically , the authorized bank shall generatee - Challan in Form ST- 59A through a computer network . The authorized bank shall also forward a statement of suche - Collections ( called as e - Payment Scroll ) daily in Form ST- 59B to the authorities as may be notified by the Commissioner . The date e payment for the purpose of these rules shall be the date of deposit generated on the e- Challan in Form ST- 59A . The date of payment for all accounting purposes shall be the date of generation of e - Challan and the daily statement from the bank shall mention the date . "
( 3 ) The Form ST- 12 and ST- 13 shall be substituted by forms appended hereto.
(4) Form ST- 59 referred to in rule 71 ( d ) shall be substituted by the form appended hereto this notification .
( 5 ) Form ST- 58A referred to in rule 71 ( a ) shall be substituted by the form appended hereto this notification .

Act , Svt . 2005 , the Government hereby direct that following amendment shall be made in the Jammu and Kashmir Motor Spirit and Diesel Oil (Taxation of Sales ) Rules , Svt . 2005 , namely :-

SRO - 222.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3 ) of Section 13 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 , the Government hereby 2

direct that in the Central Sales Taxt Jammu and Kashmir) Rules , 1958 , following amendments shall be made , namely :-
(1 ) In rule 6 , after sub - rule ( b ) , the following sub - rule shall be inserted :-
" ( bb ) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub - rule ( b ) of rule 6 , any dealer or class of dealers , as may be specified by the Commissioner by a notification , shall file the returns electronically in Form - IV along with the proof of payment . "
(2) After rule 6 - C , following sub- rules shall be added :-
" 6 - D . ( i ) Payment .- Tax or any other sum payable under the Central Sales Tax Act , 1956 shall be paid in Form VIII signed by the dealer himself.
( ii ) the Challan Form VIII shall be filled up in quadruplicate . The Treasury Officer shall certify the receipt of money on the foils of challan . The first foil shall be retained by treasury, the second foil shall be sent to the Assessing Authority and the third foil ( including fourth foil in case of Form VIII ) shall be delivered to the payer.
1 6- E. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Central Sales Tax Jammu and Kashmir ) Rules , 1958 , where the payment of tax demand or other sum has been made electronically, the authorized bank shall generate e -challan in Form VIII - A , through a computer network. The authorized bank shall also forward a statement of payment ( s ) made electronically in Form VIII - B to the authorities as may be notified by the Commissioner . The date of payment for the purpose of these rules shall be the date ofdeposit generated on the e -challan in Form VIII - A . The date of payment for all accounting purposes shall be the date of generation of e -challan and daily statement from bank shall mention this date , " 3 No. 15 - i ] The J & K Govt. (3 ) The Form IV referred to in rule 6 ( b ) shall be substituted by Form IV appended to this notification .

direct that following amendment shall be made in Schedule Il of the Jammu and Kashmir Agriculture ( Gazetted ) Service Recruitment Rules , 1988 , namely :-
In column 6 , for the entry appearing against Class - I under the heading " Method of Recruitment " , the following shall be substituted :--
"By promotion through selection from Class - Il from amongst the persons having three years substantive service as such and in case of their non - availability from amongst the persons of the Class - II having at least 20 years substantive service in the Agriculture Gazetted service in order of seniority.

SRO - 258.- In exercise of the powers , conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 3 of the Jammu and Kashmir Entry Tax on Goods Act , 2000 , (Act No. IV of 2000 ) , the Government hereby exempt from payment of entry tax , leviable under the said Act , 78300 square feet of marble stone to be imported by the Sant Ashram Swami Girdhranand Paramhans , Samba for the renovation of the said Ashram :
Provided that the Sant Ashram Swami Girdhranand Paramhans , Samba, certifies that the material so imported into the State is exclusively meant for the above use only.

Gazette , 28th Aug. , 2014 /6th Bhad . , 1936 .
theGovernment of Jammu and Kashmir hereby direct that the building formerly occupied by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services at Udhampur as Fire Station shall henceforth be used as Holding Centre for Foreigners having completed their sentence and are awaiting deportation , with the condition that they shall not-
(i ) associate themselves with any undesirable person ;
(ii ) engage themselves with such activities as are prejudicial to the security of India and maintenance of public order ;
(iii) move out of the premises of the aforementioned building without the prior permission of the District Superintendent of Police , Udhampur to whom they shall report their presence .

SRO - 260.- Whereas , the Government considers it necessary that in the interest of security of 45 MW Nimoo Bazgo ( Alchi ) Hydroelectric Project , special precautions are required to be taken to prevent the entry of unauthorized persons in certain arears of the said Project , as specified in Annexures A , B and C appended to this notification .

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Safety Act , 1978 , the Government hereby declares the said areas as prohibited places / areas .
Further , the Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 3 of the said Act , hereby designate Deputy Manager ( HR ) / Security Officer of 45 MW Nimoo Bazgo ( Alchi ) Hydro- electric Project as the authority who shall exercise powers under the said sub- section in respect of the aforesaid prohibited places / areas .

SRO - 263 . In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to section 124 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the Governor hereby makes the following rules , namely :-
1. Short title and commencement .- ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Election Department ( Subordinate ) Service Recruitment Rules , 2014 .

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Government Gazette .
2. Definitions . In these rules , unless the context otherwise requires ,-
( a) " Administrative Department " means the department of the Government in the Civil Secretariat holding administrative charge of the service ;
(b) "Head of the Department " means the Chief Electoral Officer ofthe State :
(c ) " Cadre " means the cadre of the service :
(d) "Board " means the Jammu and Kashmir State " Service Selection Board " ;
(e) "Member of the Service " means a person appointed to a post in the Election Department ( Subordinate ) Service under the provision of these rules :
(f) " Schedule " means a schedule annexed to these rules ;
(g) " Service " means the Jammu and Kashmir Election Department ( Subordinate ) Service : and
(h) Words and expressions used in these rules but not defined shall have the same meaning as are assigned to them in the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service ( Classification , Control and Appeal ) Rules , 1956 / Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service Regulations .
3. Constitution of the Service .--( 1 ) From the date of commencement of these rules , there shall be constituted the Jammu and Kashmir Election Department ( Subordinate ) Service.
(2) The Government may, at the commencement of these rules appointment to the service any person who at the commencement of these rules is holding substantively any post included the cadre of the service .

(3 ) Provide that for the purpose of initial constitution of the service the person holding any post included on the cadre of the service in its sanctioned scale of pay shall be deemed to have been appointed to the service under these rules , if he is qualified to hold the post .
4. Strength and composition of the Service. ( 1 ) The authorized permanent and temporary strength of the cadre and the nature of the posts shall be determined by the Government from time to time and shall at the initial constitution of the service under these rules , be such as specified in Schedule I to these rules :
Provided that the Government may create temporary posts in the cadre of the service for specified period or purpose as may be considered necessary from time to time.
( 2 ) The Government shall , at the expiry of every three years or at such intervals as may be necessary, re - examine the strength and composition of the cadre of the service and make such alteration therein as it may deem fit.
5. Qualifications and Method of Recruitment . ( 1 ) No person shall be eligible for appointment or promotion to any post in any class or grade in the service unless he / she possess the qualifications as laid down in Schedule II of these rules and fulfills other requirements of recruitment as provided in the rules and orders for the time being in force .
( 2 ) Appointment to the service may be made-
( a) By direct recruitment ; or
( b ) By promotion ;
Provided that ,-
( i ) All posts to be filled by direct recruitment / promotion shall be filled through J & K SSB / Departmental Promotion Committee ;

( ii ) The department shall refer vacancies in the direct/ promotion quota to SSB and Departmental Promotion Committees as the case may be in terms of SRO - 166 dated 14-06-2005 .
6. Probation .-( 1 ) Persons appointed to the service by direct recruitment shall be on probation for two years and their confirmation shall be made under the provisions of Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal ) Rules , 1956 .
(2 ) The pay of a person appointed to the service under these rules shall be regulated as per the provisions of Jammu and Kashmir Service Regulations or general rules as issued from time to time .
7. Reservation in appointments . While making appointments either by direct recruitment or by promotion , reservation shall be made in accordance with the rules and orders issued from time to time for members of Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes / Backward Classes or any other category or class of permanent resident of State under the provisions of Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Act and the Reservations Rules in force .
8. Training and Departmental Examination . Persons appointed to the service by direct recruitment shall be recruited to undergo such training during the course of probation and to pass during the period of probation such departmental examination as the Government may prescribe .
9. Eligibility of Government servants for direct recruitment.- A person already in the Government service may apply, through proper channel for recruitment to a vacant post in any particular class and category in the service , if he possess the educational and other qualification prescribed for recruitment to such class or category of posts . The upper age limit of such Government servants shall be as provided in the general rules .
10. Maintenance of seniority lists . Seniority of the members of the service shall be regulated under the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service (Classification , Control and Appeal ) Rules , 1956. The Head of Department shall maintain an up - to - date and final seniority list of the service .

11. Residuary matter .-In regard to matters not specifically covered by these rules , the member of the service shall be governed by the rules/ regulations and orders applicable to the State Civil Service in general .
12. Interpretation . If any question arises relating to the interpretation of these rules , the matter shall be referred to the Administrative Department whose decision thereon shall be final .
13. Repeal and savings . ( 1 ) The Jammu and Kashmir Election Department ( Subordinate ) Service Recruitment Rules , 1997 are hereby repealed.
( 2 ) Notwithstanding such repeal , any appointment order made or action taken under the provisions of the rules so repealed shall deemed to have been made or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules .

Whereas , the Zonal Education Officer, Prem Nagar , Tehsil and District Doda (hereinafter called the non - applicant ) terminated the services of its workmen namely Grifa Devi W/ o Roshan Lal ( hereinafter called the applicant ) , working as Cook in Government Primary School , Shoonsh , Tehsil and District Doda when the school was functioning from a private building . Thereafter, the school was shifted to the constructed Government building . The Zonal Education Officer , Prem Nagar , Tehsil and District Doda engaged another candidate ( i . e . Daughter - in - Law of [No. 22- c 2 The J & K Govt . Gazette , 29th Aug. , 2014 / 7th Bhad . , 1936 .
the donar who donated the land free of cost for the said school ) in place of the applicant on the recommendations of Head Master of the Government Primary School , Shoonsh , Tehsil and District Doda School ; and
Whereas , the aforesaid workmen raised dispute against the Zonal Education Officer , Prem Nagar, Tehsil and District Doda before the Conciliation Officer , Doda ; and
Whereas , all efforts were made during the conciliation proceedings to settle the dispute but both the parties were adamant on their stand and not willing to settle the dispute through negotiations ; and Whereas , the Conciliation Officer , Doda submitted his failure report recommending the case for its reference to the Labour Court for adjudication ; and
Whereas , the Government is of the opinion that an industrial dispute exists between Zonal Education Officer , Prem Nagar , Tehsil and District Doda and the aforesaid workman ; and
Whereas , the Government considers it desirable to refer the dispute to the Labour Court for adjudication .
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( c) of sub-section ( 1 ) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( XIV of 1947 ) , the Government hereby refer the said dispute to the Labour Court for adjudication on the following issues :-
1. Whether the termination of services of M/ s Grifa Devi W/ o Roshan Lal R / o Shoonsh , Tehsil and District Doda by Zonal Education Officer , Prem Nagar is legally justified ? If not , to what extent relief can be granted to the aforesaid workmen?

2. Now, therefore , in pursuance of sections 41 and 66 of the said Act, the Election Commission of India hereby-
(A) appoints , with respect to the said election in each of the constituencies ,-
(a) the 03rd December , 2014 ( Wednesday ) , as the last date for making nominations ;
(b) the 04th December , 2014 ( Thursday ) , as the date for the scrutiny of nominations ;
( c) the 06th December , 2014 ( Saturday ) , as the last date for the withdrawal of candidatures ;
(d) the 20th December, 2014 ( Saturday ) , as the date on which a poll shall , if necessary, be taken ; and
(e ) the 29th December , 2014 ( Monday ) , as the date before which the election shall be completed .
(B) fixes the hours from 8.00 A. M. to 4.00 P. M. , as the hours during which the poll shall , if necessary , be taken in each constituency on the date specified in the Schedule below, for the election.

No. 576 / EXTT/ 2014 / SDR - Vol - I.- Whereas , the schedules for the General Elections to the State Legislative Assemblies of Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir were announced by the Commission vide Press Note bearing No. ECI / PN / 51 / 2014 dated 25th October , 2014 .
2. And whereas , as per the provisions of section 126A of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 and section 133A of the Jammu and Kashmir Representation of the People Act , 1957 , there shall be [ No. 34-3 2 The J & K Govt . Gazette , 24th Nov. , 2014 /3rd Agra. , 1936.
restrictions on conduct of any exit poll and publication and dissemination of result of such exit poll during such period , as may be notified by the Election Commission in this regard .

Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 126A of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 and sub- section ( 1 ) of section 133A of the Jammu and Kashmir Representation of the People Act , 1957 , the Election Commission , having regard to the provisions of sub - section ( 2 ) of the said sections , hereby notifies the period between 7.00 A. M. on 25-11-2014 (Tuesday ) and 4.30 P. M. on 20-12-2014 ( Saturday ) , as the period during which conducting any exit poll and publishing or publicizing by means of the print or electronic media or dissemination in any other manner whatsoever , the result of any exit poll in connection with the current General Elections to the Legislative Assemblies of Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir announced vide the Commission's Press Note No. ECI/PN / 51 / 2014 dated 25-10-2014 shall be prohibited .
4. It is further clarified that under section 126 ( 1 ) ( b) of the R. P. Act , 1951 and section 133 (b ) of the Jammu and Kashmir Representation of the People Act , 1957 , displaying any election matter including results of any opinion poll or any other poll survey, in any electronic media , would be prohibited during the period of 48 hours ending with the hours fixed for conclusion of poll in connection with aforesaid General Elections .

SRO - 392.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Jammu and Kashmir Representation of the People Act , 1957 (Act No. IV of 1957 ) , the Government , in consultation with the Election [No. 26-d 2 The J& K Govt . Gazette , 29th Sept. , 2014 /7th Asv. , 1936.
Commission of India, hereby makes the following amendments in the Jammu and Kashmir Registration of Electors Rules , 1966 , namely : -

"(bb ) " Electronic Gazette " shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in clause ( s) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act , 2000 ( 21 of 2000 ) . " ; and
(ii ) after clause (c) , the following clause shall be inserted , namely :-
"( cc ) " Overseas elector " means a permanent resident of the State referred to in section 16A and who is not less than eighteen years of age on the qualifying date . "
II . In rule 5 , after sub- rule (3 ) , the following sub- rule shall be inserted, namely:-
" 3 (A) The name of every overseas elector who is entitled to be included in the roll under section 16A, shall be included in the part of the roll pertaining to the locality in which his place of residence in India as mentioned in his passport is located . "
III . In rule 7 , in sub - rule ( 1 ) , for the words and figures " Forms 1 , 2 and 3 " , the words and figures " Forms 1 , 2 , 2A and 3 " shall be substituted .
IV. After rule 8 , the following rules shall be inserted, namely :-
" 8A . Manner of giving notice for registration of persons as overseas electors . On the commencement of the Jammu and Kashmir Representation of the People (Amendment ) Act, 2014 ( IX of 2014 ) and at such other times as the Election Commission may direct , the Chief Electoral Officer may, for the No. 26 -d]

purpose of inclusion of names of overseas electors in the roll , make a public notification requesting every person entitled to be registered as an overseas elector under section 16A to make an application under rule 8B and a copy of such notification shall be forwarded to all Foreign Missions of the Central Government and also make such further publicity as he may consider expedient and necessary .
8B . Inclusion of names of overseas electors in the rolls . ( 1 ) Every overseas elector , who is not otherwise disqualified for registration and is desirous of being registered in the roll for the constituency pertaining to the locality in which his place of residence in the State as mentioned in his passport is located, may make an application in Form 6A to the concerned Registration Officer directly or send the application to him by post.
(2) The provisions of sub - rules (2 ), (3 ) and ( 4 ) of rule 13 shall mutatis mutandis apply for filing of claims or objections to the inclusion of name or to any particulars of an entry or for transposition of any entry from one place to another in the roll as an overseas elector .
( 3 ) Every application in Form 6A sent by post shall be accompanied by copies of all the documents mentioned in the said form duly self attested .
(4) Every application in Form 6A presented in person to the Registration Officer shall be accompanied by photocopies of all the documents mentioned in the said form along with originals thereof for verification by the Registration Officer.
( 5 ) Where a personal hearing is necessary in respect of any claim for inclusion or objection to the inclusion of name in the roll as an overseas elector, the Registration Officer may, if considered necessary , designate an official in the Indian Mission in the concerned Country for the purpose ." 4

V. In rule 10 ,-
(i ) in clause ( b ) , for the words " specified by him for the purpose" the words " specified by him for the purpose or in the official website of Chief Electoral Officer , Jammu and Kashmir " shall be substituted ; and
( ii) after clause (b ) , the following proviso shall be inserted at the end , namely :-
" Provided that v here such draft contains names of overseas electors , the copies of such rolls shall also be published in the Electronic Gazette or in the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer , Jammu and Kashmir. "
VI . In rule 13 ,-
(a) in sub - rule ( 1 )
(i ) in clause ( a ) , the word " and " shall be added at the end ;
(ii ) in clause ( b ) , the word " and " occurring at the end shall be omitted ; and
(iii) clause ( c ) shall be omitted .
(b) in sub - rule ( 2 )
(i ) in clause ( a ) , the word " and " shall be added at the end ;

VII . In rule 16 , the following proviso shall be inserted at the end , namely :-
"Provided that where any claim or objection relates to registration of a person as an overseas elector , a list of such claim or objection shall be exhibited on the notice board in his office and shall also be published in the Electronic Gazette or in the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer, Jammu and Kashmir in such form asthe Election Commission may direct ."
VIII . Rule 21A shall be substituted by following rule , namely :-
" 21A. Deletion of names . If it appears to the Registration Officer at any time before the final publication of the roll that owing to inadvertence or error or otherwise , the names of dead persons or of persons who have ceased to be , or are not, ordinarily residents in the constituency or of persons who are otherwise not entitled to be registered in that roll , have been included in the roll and that remedial action should be taken under this rule , the Registration Officer , shall-
(a) prepare a list of the names and other details of such electors;
(b ) exhibit on the notice board of his office a copy of the list together with a notice as to the time and place at which the question of deletion of these names from the roll will be considered , and also publish the list and the notice in such other manner as he may think fit ; and
(c) after considering any verbal or written objections that may be preferred , decide whether all or any of the names should be deleted from the roll :
Provided that before taking any action under this rule in respect of any person on the ground that he has ceased to be , or is not , ordinarily resident in the constituency , or 6

is otherwise not entitled to be registered in that roll , the Registration Officer shall make every endeavor to give him a reasonable opportunity to show cause why the action proposed should not be taken in relation to him ."
IX . In rule 22 ,-
(a) in sub - rule ( 1 ) in clause (b ) after the word " office " , the full stop shall be substituted by colon and following proviso shall be inserted , namely :-
" Provided that where the roll contains the name of any overseas elector the same shall also be published in the Electronic Gazette or in the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer , Jammu and Kashmir ; and " ; and
(b) after clause ( b ) , the following clause shall be added , namely :-
"(c) subject to such general or special directions as may be givenby the Election Commission supply , free of cost , two copies of the roll , as finally published , with the list of amendments , if any, to every political party for which a symbol has been exclusively reserved by the Election Commission."
X. In rule 25 , in sub - rule (3 ) , for the word and figures " rules 9 to 23" , the word , figures and letter and letter " rule 8A to 23 " shall be substituted .
Xl . In rule 26 ,-
(i ) in sub - rule ( 1 )
(a) for the figures " 6 , 7 , 8 " , the figures and letter " 6 , 6A, 7, 8 " shall be substituted ;

(c) the following proviso shall be inserted at the end , namely :-
" ( 1A) Every such application as is referred to in sub - rule ( 1 ) shall be presented to the Registration Officer in such manner as the Election Commission may direct ."
( ii) in sub- rule ( 3 ) , for the words "that the applicant is entitled to be registered in the roll , direct his name to be included therein " the words " direct the inclusion , deletion , correction or transposition of entries in the roll , as may be necessary : " shall be substituted .
XII . In rule 27 , in sub- rule ( 1 ) , in clause (c ), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :-

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING UP THE
APPLICATION FORM - 6A
General Instructions :
Who can file Form- 6A :
1. Every permanent resident of the State staying in a foreign country , who has not acquired citizenship of a foreign country , and has completed 18 years as on the qualifying date , can make an application in Form 6A for being registered in the roll for the constituency pertaining to the locality in which his place of residence in India as mentioned in the passport is located.
The application in Form - 6A can be presented to the Registration Officer concerned .
2. The applicant should have completed eighteen years of age as on the qualifying date of the year. For example , if the application is for inclusion of name in the electoral roll with reference to 01-01-2011 as the qualifying date , the applicant should have completed 18 years as on 01-01-2011 .
Where to submit the application in Form - 6A :
3. The application should be submitted directly to the Electoral Registration Officer ( ERO ) of the constituency within which the place of ordinary residence of the applicant as given in the valid passport falls . The application in Form - 6A can be presented in person to the ERO or sent by post addressed to the ERO concerned .

4. Paste one recent passport size coloured photograph with a light background (preferably white) showing the full face of the applicant .
5. Fill in all the columns in Form- 6A . Write your name and other particulars as given in the valid Indian Passport .

The original passport should also be produced along with the application for verification by the Registration Officer. The passport will be returned immediately after verification .

As recommended by Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission , sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of 15 candidates as indicated in Annexure ( A) to this Government order as Veterinary Assistant Surgeons in Sheep Husbandry Department , [No. 37 348 The J & K Govt . Gazette , 11th Dec. , 2014 /20th Agra . , 1936.
Jaınmu / Kashmir in the pay scale of Rs . 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs . 5400/ - .
The appointee( s ) shall report to the concerned Directors within a period of 21 days . In case any appointee fails to join within the said period , his/ her appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any further notice .
Theappointee shall be allowed tojoin only on production of the following certificates in original :-
Academic /Technical Qualification Certificates' ; 1 .
Matriculation/ Date of Birth Certificate ; 2.
3 . Health Certificate by Chief Medical Officer ;
4. Permanent Resident Certificate ;
5. Relevant Category Certificate (in case , the candidate belongs to Reserved Categories ) ;

The appointment shall be subject to the following conditions :-
(a) Each appointee shall give an undertaking in shape of an affidavit to the effect that in case adverse report about his /her character and antecedents is received from the Additional Director General of Police , CID , J & K to whom a reference shall be made by the concerned Director, the candidate shall have no right to claim his/her appointment as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon in the Animal / Sheep Husbandry Department and his / her appointment as such shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab inito .
( b) The salary of the appointee shall not be drawn and disbursed to him/ her unless satisfactory report in respect of character and antecedents. certificate is received from the competent authority.
(c) The appointee shall be on probation of two years and his /her inter- se- seniority shall be notified separately.

In reference to already floated e - NIT No. EPC - 1 / 11 / 2014-15 for supply Of 1.1KV Single core XLPE insulated aluminium cables , the bidders are informed that the cost of e - Bid document shall be Rs . 100 /- ( Rupees One Hundred only ) for local SSI units and Rs . 5000 / - ( Rupees Five Thousand only) for firms outside the State .
All other terms and conditions of aforesaid e - NIT shall remain unchanged . Inconvenience caused to the prospective bidders is regretted .
