Riyaz - ud -Din and others in respect of 44 petitioners as per Annexure ' A' to this Government Order.
Consequent upon the above , it is hereby ordered that the intervening period from the date of compulsory retirement up to the date of adjustment/ appointment in the Fire Services Department ( i . e . from 01-05-1993 , 10- 06-1993 , 13-08-1993 to 21-03-1999 as the case may be ) of 44 petitioners whose names have been mentioned in Annexure ' A' to this Government order shall count for notional fixation of pay from time to time without payment of any arrears on this account . The notional increments shall be taken into account while fixing their pay on their adjustment/ appointment in the Fire Services Department and they shall be entitled to the arrears as will accrue to them on account of revised pay from the date of their adjustment/ appointment in the Fire Services Department . They shall not be paid for the period they have remained out of service . The intervening period including their past service rendered in the Police Department shall , however , count for purposes of leave and pension .

Whereas , it has come to my notice that private individuals and various Govt. agencies are transporting Bovine animals like milk cattle/drought animals through trucks and other means from District Jammu to other Districts of the State ;
Whereas , sentiments of one particular community are attached with the Bovine animals especially cow which is treated as sacred animal by one particular community ;

Whereas , it is necessary to take some preventive measures to avoid such law and order problem in future .
Now, therefore , I, Simrandeep Singh , IAS , District Magistrate , Jammu in exercise of the powers vested in me under section 144 Cr. P. C. hereby direct that no Bovine animals such as Cow, Oxen , Bulls , Calves etc. be transported from Jammu to other districts except with written permission from undersigned or Addl . District Magistrate , Jammu under certain conditions imposed by this office , from time to time .
This order shall come into force with an immediate effect and shall remain in force for a period of two months from the date of its issue or if the order is rescinded whichever be earlier.

Whereas , as per the report furnished by the Deputy Commissioner , Ramban vide his No. DC/LA/ 15 /94-95 dated 11-09-2015 , no objections have been filed by the land owners / interested persons within the stipulated period , as required under sections 5 & 5 (A) of the Land Acquisition Act; and
Whereas , the undersigned is satisfied that the land , particulars whereof as mentioned above , is required for public purpose and it is in public interest to acquire the land for construction of Ind - Maswa Road under PMGSY.
Now, therefore , it is declared under section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act( Svt. ) , 1990 that the aforementioned land is needed for public purpose . Further , the Collector , Land Acquisition ( ACR ) , Ramban is directed under section 7 of the said Act, to take order for acquisition of the above specified land .
However, the Collector, Land Acquisition ( ACR ) , Ramban shall be personally responsible for proper title verification of all types of land involved in the case , and in respect of all the interested parties /land owners / rightful claimants in accordance with the relevant laws /rules in force , while making the final award in the case . Collector shall also ensure that no additional fruit/ non - fruit bearing trees and structures except already included are incorporated/ entertained after the issuance of declaration . Collector shall be personally responsible if any award for any additional land/FB Trees /NFB Trees /Structures is issued/has been issued separately for the Ind- Maswa Road under PMGSY.

No interest would be payable on EMD deposited with the department.
(d) To submit Hard Copy of original instrument of EMD to Chief Engineer , System and Operation Wing , PDD Complex , Narwal , Jammu , J& K before the opening of the Commercial and Technical e - Bid .

Polytechnics of the State under Centrally Sponsored Scheme/ ITI's under Prime Ministers Reconstruction Programme ( PMRP - II ) for the financial year 2015-16.
The detailed NIT for supply of Machinery and Equipments shall be made available to the interested registered / reputed manufacturers/ authorized dealers/ suppliers against a payment of Rs . 2500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundred only ) through a Demand Draft non - refundable/ transferable pledged to Accounts Officer, Directorate of Technical Education , J & K , Jammu up to 12-01-2016 during office working hours . The tender documents shall also be available on the official Website www.jkdte.org of this Directorate .
The sealed tenders will be received in the office of the undersigned by or before 12-01-2016 up to 4.30 P. M. and shall be opened on 13-01-2016 at 2.30 P. M. or any other date convenient to the Chair.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of section 3 of the Jammu and Kashmir Entry Tax on Goods Act , 2000 (Act No. IV of 2000) , the Government hereby exempt from payment of Entry Tax , leviable under the said Act , one blood gas analyzer , being supplied by HLL Life Care Limited under PMNRF through NDMA for installation in the Government Medical College , Srinagar in the interest of patient care subject to condition that the Principal , Government Medical College , Srinagar certifies that the said equipment is exclusively meant for the above said purpose and no tax benefit percolates to the supplier .
