Land Acquisition Act, Samvat 1990, it is declared that the land
measuring 09 Marlas and 07 Sirsai, situated in Village Kankote, Tehsil Haveli,
District Poonch, particulars whereof are given above is required for public
purposes viz. for construction of Ist Gate and Chowkidara Hut of Fruit
and Vegetable Market in Village Kankote, Tehsil Haveli, District Poonch

under section 4 (1) of the J&K State Land Acquisition Act by him was
served upon the interested persons for filing objections, if any, to the proposed
acquisition, but no objection was received from the land owners/interested
persons in the prescribed time period as required under sections 5 & 5-A of

District Ramban. Further, the Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM), Gool is
directed under section 7 of the said Act to take orders for acquisition of
the said land after giving prescribed notice to the interested person(s) as

Further, in pursuance of section 17 of the Land Acquisition Act, Samvat
1990, it is also ordered that on expiry of fifteen days from the publication of
the notification under Section 9 (2) of the said Act, the Collector will take
possession of the aforementioned land in Village Chachwah, Tehsil Gool,
District Ramban, required for public purposes, subject to the fulfillment of
the conditions prescribed under Section 9(2) and Section 17-A of the Land
Acquisition Act and Rule 63 of the Land Acquisition Rules.

Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that the Government of J&K intends to take possession of land measuring 157 Kanals 04 Marlas at Village Seri, Tehsil and District Ramban for construction of Seri-Sincha road as per particulars appended to this notice for which Notification No. 338-Rev(LAJ) of 2018 dated 25-07-2018 has been issued by the Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Revenue Department vide endorsement No. Rev/LAJ/ 289/2018 dated 25-07-2018 under sections 6, 7 and 17 of the Land
Acquisition Act, (Svt.) 1990 for acquiring of land.

Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017) and in supersession of the

October, 2018, as the date on which the provisions of section 51 of the

SRO-421.––In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to
section 124 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the Governor
hereby directs that Rule 6-A of the Jammu and Kashmir Secretariat
(Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 1976, shall be substituted by the
following rule ; namely :––
"6-A. Time Scale of Pay and Selection Grade.––(1) The
service shall have the time scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade
Pay of Rs. 4800/-.

(2) Fifty per cent (50%) of the posts in time scale of pay of

with Grade Pay of Rs. 5600/-.
(3) The members of the service shall be eligible for promotion to
the Selection Grade (non-functional) on completion of five years
in the time scale of pay on the basis of selection by the
Departmental Selection Committee to be appointed by the
Government".

SRO-430.––In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128
of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017
(Act No. V of 2017), the Jammu and Kashmir Government, on the
recommendations of the Council, hereby waives the late fee paid under
section 47 of the said Act, by the following classes of taxpayers :––
(i) the registered persons whose return in FORM GSTR-3B of
the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax 2 The J&K Govt. Gazette, 25th Sept., 2018/3rd Asv., 1940. [No. 25-g –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––—–––––————— Rules, 2017 for the month of October, 2017, was submitted
but not filed on the common portal, after generation of the
application reference number ;
(ii) the registered persons who have filed the return in
FORM GSTR-4 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods
and Services Tax Rules, 2017 for the period October to
December, 2017 by the due date but late fee was erroneously
levied on the common portal ;
(iii) the Input Service Distributors who have paid the late fee for
filing or submission of the return in FORM GSTR-6 of the
Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017
for any tax period between the 1st day of January, 2018 and
the 23rd day of January, 2018.
