Whereas , the Collector , Land Acquisition ( SDM ) , Katra vide No. SDM / K / CLA/ 2019-20/217-19 dated 02-09-2019 has reported that the notification issued under section 4( 1) of the J & K State Land Acquisition Act by him was served upon the interested persons for filing objections , if any, to the proposed acquisition but no objection was received from the land owners /interested persons within the prescribed period as required under sections 5 & 5 -A of the Land Acquisition Act ; and
Whereas , the report furnished by the Collector , Land Acquisition (SDM) , Katra vide number referred to above duly endorsed by District Collector (Deputy Commissioner) , Reasi vide No. DC/ Rsi/ 19-20/887- 90/SQ dated 09-09-2019 , Divisional Commissioner , Jammu vide No. 502/ 3629 / PWD /Dharore/Reasi/ 19/ 2421 dated 05-10-2019 and by the Financial Commissioner , Revenue vide No. FC - LS /LA- 5003 /2019 dated 18-10-2019 has been examined and it has been found that the land owners did not file any objection to the proposed acquisition ; and

I , Tinna Mahajan , KAS , Special Collector , Defence , Udhampur do hereby notify the land particulars of which are given below is likely to be needed for defence purpose at Village Omara , Tehsil and District Udhampur .
" No Objection " to the acquisition of land measuring 5 Kanals 04 Marlas conveyed by the Home Department , Government of Jammu and Kashmir vide No. Home/CL - 17 / 98 dated 14-10-1998 and amended vide No. Home/CL- 17/ 98 dated 23-04-1999 .
