Whereas , the Collector , Land Acquisition ( SDM) , Thathri vide No. SDM / T / LAC/ 2018-19 / 124 dated 30-06-2018 has reported that the notification issued under section 4( 1 ) of the J & K State Land Acquisition Act was served upon the interested persons for filing objections , if any , to the proposed acquisition but no objection was received from the land owners/interested persons in the prescribed time period as required under sections 5 & 5 - A of the Land Acquisition Act ;
Whereas , the report furnished by Collector , Land Acquisition ( SDM ) , Thathri vide number referred to above duly endorsed by the Deputy Commissioner , Doda vide No. 355 /LAC/ D/ 19 dated 25-09-2019 , Divisional Commissioner , Jammu vide No. 502/ 3673 /PMGSY/Budhi/Doda/ 19/2435 dated 05-10-2019 and by the Financial Commissioner, Revenue vide No. FC- LS/LA- 4994/2019 dated 18-10-2019 has been examined and it has been found that the land owners did not file any objection to the proposed acquisition ;
Whereas , the Government is satisfied that the land particulars whereof are given in Annexure "A " to this notification is required for public purpose viz . for construction of road from KM 1st RD 600L026 to Joura Khurd , situated in Village Budhi , Tehsil Kahra , District Doda under PMGSY .
Now, therefore , in pursuance of section 6 of the J & K State Land Acquisition Act, Samvat 1990 , it is declared that land measuring 16 Kanals and 05 Marlas , situated in Village Budhi , Tehsil Kahra , District Doda particulars whereof are given in Annexure " A " to this notification is required for public purposes viz . for construction of road from KM 1st RD 600L026 to Joura Khurd, situated in Village Budhi , Tehsil Kahra , District Doda under PMGSY . Further, the Collector, Land Acquisition (SDM ) , Thathri is directed under section 7 of the said Act to take orders for acquisition of the said land after giving prescribed notice to the interested person( s ) as required under the Land Acquisition Act/Rules .

Subject :-Grant of amnesty for the sattlement of unresolved issues in the old tax regime for the smooth implementation of Goods and Services Tax enhancement of scope/extension of timeline for payment of arrears regarding .
Government Order No. 64 - FD of 2020
Dated 26-02-2020 .
In the Government Order No. 39 -FD of 2018 dated 05-02-2018 , regarding grant of amnesty for the settlement of unresolved issues in the old tax regime for the smooth implementation of Goods and Services Tax the following amendments shall be deemed to have been made with effect from 31st January, 2020 .
1. The following shall be added after clause 1 in Annexure - A (Part- 1) , namely :-
"Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this order but subject to the procedure for availing the Scheme , the dealers who could not avail the benefit of the amnesty can also apply under the Scheme provided they pay the admitted/assessed/ reassessed principal tax by or before 30-06-2020 " :
Provided further that the above benefit under the Scheme can also be availed by all such dealers as had applied under the Scheme but had either failed to deposit the payment in time or have missed any of the instalments .
2. In clause 2, sub- clause (i ) the words " in three equal instalments " shall be omitted .
3. In clause 2, sub- clause ( ii) the words and figures " of 1 /3rd " shall be omitted .

1 4. In clause 3 , the words and figures " of 1 / 3rd " shall be omitted and for the words and figures " 31st March, 2018 " , the words and figures " 30th June, 2020 " shall be substituted.

6. In clause 6 , for the words and figures " 2nd installment due " , the words "proof of payment of principal tax " shall be substituted .
7. Consequent upon the amendments in Annexure - A ( Part - I ) , following changes are made in the Procedure for availing the Scheme, namely : -
(i) In clause 1 , the words and figures " of 1/ 3rd " shall be omitted .
(ii) In declaration- I , for the word " installment " in column 5 the word " Payment " shall be substituted .
(iii) In declaration - II , for the word " installment " in column 5 the words " Payment " shall be substituted .
8. In clause 1 , sub - clauses ( a) (b) ( c) (d) and ( e) in Annexure -A (Part- II ) , for the words and figures " 31st March, 2018 " , wherever appearing , the words and figures " 30th June , 2020 " shall be substituted .
9. Consequent upon the amendments in Annexure -A ( Part - II ) , following changes are made in the procedure for availing the Scheme, namely :-

Whereas , the Liquidators have been appointed in terms of Section 75 of J & K Co- operative Societies Act , 1989 vide order No. 19/RCS / SS of 2020 dated 05-02-2020 ;
Whereas , in terms of Chapter VIII 41 (b) of the J & K Co- operative Societies Rules , 2001 , all claims against the society , the winding of which has been ordered are to be submitted to the Liquidator ( s ) within two months of publication of the Notice .
Now, in exercise of powers conferred in terms of Chapter VIII Rule 41 (b) of J & K Co - operative Societies Rules , 2001 , all stakeholders in the Society through medium of this notice are informed to lodge their claims against J & K Co- operative Supply and Marketing Federation (JAKFED) Ltd. along with documentary evidence substantiating the claim( s) in the office of Liquidator ( s ) JAKFED , B. GIST of e- NIT No. 18 of 2020
Dated 03-03-2020 .
e- Tenders are invited from reputed vendors /firms /entities for Design and Development Customized Welfare Accounts Management System (WAMS ) as detailed out in Annexure " A " of e- NIT . The e-NIT consisting of qualifying information , eligibility criteria , Bill of Quantities ( B.O.Q) , set of terms and conditions of contract and other details can be seen/downloaded from the J&K e - Procurement Portal www.jktenders.gov.in from 03-03-2020 ( 1400 hours ) to 26-03-2020 up to 1800 hours . Bidders submitting their bids online shall only be accepted and no document other than those mentioned in the e -NIT shall be accepted manually .
The tenders ( technical bids only) will be opened online on 28-03-2020 at 1100 hours at Police Headquarters , J & K, Gulshan Ground , Jammu . In case of unforeseen circumstances , the date of opening will be next working day or as notified separately .
A pre - bid meeting shall be held on 16-03-2020 at 1500 hours for clarification of quaries of the prospective bidders . The intending bidders shall attend the meeting well in time at Conference Hall, PHQ, Gulshan Ground , Jammu .
