1. SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT:- These rules shall be called the "Jharkhand Subordinate Mining Engineering (Amendment) Rules,2018" and they shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
2. Rule- 15(i) of Part-V of Jharkhand Subordinate Mining Engineering Service Rules, 2010 is substituted as follow :-
