USHA MARTIN UNIVERSITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2018
(Jharkhand Act, 18, 2018)
An Act to amend Usha Martin University Act, 2012 be enacted by the Legislature of the State of Jharkhand in the 69th year of the Republic of India as follows.
Chapter I
Preliminary
1. Short Title and commencement-
(i) This Act may be called "Usha Martin University (Amendment) Act 2018".
(ii) It shall come into force at once.
Chapter II
Amendment to Usha Martin University Act 2012
2. Amendment of sub section (2) of section 6 of Usha Martin University Act, 2012
The existing provision of sub section (2) of section 6- "The University with the prior approvals of the Board of Governors affiliates any College or other Intuition" is deleted.
