Jharkhand Rai University (Amendment) Act 2018
(Jharkhand Act- 05, 2019)
An Act to amend Jharkhand Rai University Act, 2011 be enacted by the Legislature of the State of Jharkhand in the 69th year of the Republic of India as follows.
Chapter I
Preliminary
1. Short Title and commencement -
(i) This Act may be called "Jharkhand Rai University (Amendment) Act 2018".
(ii) It shall come into force at once.
Chapter II
Amendment to Jharkhand Rai University Act 2011
2. Amendment of sub section (2) of section 6 of Jharkhand Rai University Act, 2011 The existing provision of sub section (2) of section 6- "The University with the prior approvals of the Board of Governors affiliates any college or other Intuition" is deleted.
