No. 434/ES-1/JKD-HP/2019 (2) :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby appoints, in addition to the officers appointed by its notification No. 434/ES-1/JKD-HP/2019 (2), dated 14th March, 2019, each of the officers of the Government of Jharkhand as specified in column (2) of the Table below as Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Jharkhand as specified in the column (1) of the said Table against such officers of the Government in the counting of votes during the ongoing General Election to the Lok Sabha in the Jharkhand State :-
