Jharkhand Mineral Area Development Authority (Amendment) Act, 2019
An Act to amend the Jharkhand Mineral Area Development Authority Act, 2000 Be it enacted by the legislature of the State of Jharkhand in the Seventieth year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. Short title, extend and commencement –
(1) This Act may be called the Jharkhand Mineral Area Development Authority (Amendment) Act, 2019.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Jharkhand.
(3) It shall come into force from the date of its issuance notification.
2. Amendment in Section – 90-B (2) of Jharkhand Mineral Area Development Authority Act, 2000.
Section 90-B (2) of Jharkhand Mineral Area Development Authority Act, 2000 is substituted as follows:-
"The market-fee so collected shall be deposited in the state fund and the Urban Development and Housing Department shall make suitable allocations every year to the authority concern to provide for Civic amenities, Infrastructure, Marketing facilities and establishment within its area."
