"As per cumulative effect of the aforesaid facts and reasons, we hereby quash and set-aside the judgment and order date 5th August, 2016 passed by the learned single judge in WP(S) No-1189 of 2014. We direct the respondent nos. 3,4 and 5 to issue appointment letter to this appellant for class-IV post employee within a period of twelve weeks from today, failing which the aforesaid three respondents shall remain personally present before this court on 06.03.2017. The Respondent – State in directed to pay Rs. 10,000- (Ten Thousand), as a cost. To the appellant within a period to four weeks thereafter. This amount will be paid by A/C payee cheque in favour of the appellant." (Second Review Petition) Permissible( 3

"Despite request made for grant of at least one week time for compliance of order, court did not agree

for the same and passed order stopping the salary of the aforesaid officers who are O.P. No. 2, 3 & 4

in the contempt petition till compliance of order. Beside, the Hon'ble court has also directed to O.P.s

to deposit an amount of Rs. 5 lac with the Register General of the High court within 15 days as cost.

Opposite Parties are directed to file their separate show-cause and adjourned the case for 21.06.2019

for reporting compliance."
