NOTIFICATION

Memo No.-kha.aa./maa.tau./(adhi.)-04/2019-1971--In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 50 of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 (1 of 2010) the Jharkhand Government hereby authorises the Special Secretary to the Government of Jharkhand in the Department of Food, Public Distribution & Consumer Affairs as the appellate authority under the said Act.
This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
