SUDA/AMRUT/37/2017-, 2 ( 2.1 Regulation 6A - Municipal Trade License, may be granted for minimum 1 year & maximum for 10 years. 2.2 Regulation 20 - Whosoever commits any offence by failing to comply with any provision of the Rules and Regulations or any direction lawfully given to him or any requisition lawfully made upon him under the provision of the Act or under these regulations, shall be punished with fine which may extend to Rs 100/- and further fine not exceeding Rs 20/- per month or part of the month during which the offence is continued after he has been convicted of such offence.
However, in case any person is found to have committed such offence on a continuous basis, which has become his/her habit, then in case of such habitual offence a fine not exceeding Rs 10/- per day, will be charged.
3. No fine under Regulation 20 of Revised Jharkhand Municipal Trade (License) Regulation, 2017 shall be imposed for any trade license issued or renewed on or after date of this notification upto
