NOTIFICATION

S.O.80-In compliance of the order dated-25.07.2019 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Suo Moto Writ Petition (Criminal) No.-1/2019, the State Government in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Jharkhand, is pleased to constitute 22 (Twenty Two) Fast Track Special Courts of the rank of District and Additional Sessions Judge for trial and disposal of pending cases of Rape and POCSO Act temporarily for one year, spread over year (2019-2020) & (2020-2021) in consonance with the Scheme o Fast Track Special Courts (FTSCs) for Expeditious Disposal of Cases of Rape and Protection of Children Against Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act formulated by the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India, New Delhi.
2. This Notification will come into force with immediate effect.
