48/92 , 30.03.2013, operative part "Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the parties, convicts namely 1. Chandra Shekhar Singh, 2. Umesh Prasad Singh, 3. Uma Shankar Yadav, 4. Manohar Prasad Gupta and 5. Bageshwari Prasad Singh each of the convicts are hereby sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of one (1) year under section 120-B I.P.C.. They are hereby further sentenced to undergo for a period of two (2) years Rigorous Imprisonment U/S 420/34 I.P.C.. They are hereby 2 ( further sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of 3 (three) years U/S 468 I.P.C.. They all are hereby further sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of 3 (three) years U/S 477-A I.P.C.. They all are hereby further sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of (two) 2 years and a fine of Rs. 1000/- (Rs.One thousand) each only U/S 201 I.P.C. and in default of payment of fine three (3) months Rigorous Imprisonment. They are hereby further sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of 2 (two) years U/S 5(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947 corresponding to Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. All the sentences shall run concurrently. The period already undergone as under trial prisoners shall be set off from the period of sentences passed today under the provision of Section 428 Cr.
