, 23,634/- , "The Commission conclude that from the foregoing analysis based on evidences and statements, the Article of Charge framed against the MoS is not 'conclusively proved'. In the light of the observations and findings as discussed above, and after taking into account all the aspects relevant to the case, the Commission consider that the proceedings initiated against the MoS, Shri Baidya Nath Prasad be dropped and he be exonerated from the charge levelled against him."
