, , 2 ( "Leaving the allegations in the counter affidavit aside, the respondent no.-2 the Principal Secretary, Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha, Government of Jharkhand is directed to conclude the departmental proceeding within one month, failing which the impugned order dated 29.05.2015 would stand revoked. It is made clear that if reply to the second show cause notice by the petitioner is not received within next 15 days, disciplinary authority shall be at liberty to pass final order.
