No. -01 of 2014 calling in question the election of the Respondent in the General Election held in the month of April/May 2014 from 02, Dumka (S.T.) Parliamentary Constituency.
And Whereas the Petitioner Sunil Soren has filed an Interlocutory Application bearing I.A. No. - 9149 of 2019 in Election Petition No. – 01 of 2014 in this Court u/s 109 read with Section 151 of 2 Jharkhand Gazette (Extraordinary), Monay, 16th December, 2019 Take notice that in the event of non-appearance of an interested party on the day mentioned above the Election petition will be heard and decided ex-parte.
