		This board has considered the opinion of the Jail Superintendent, S.P., Probation Officer as well as the concerned learned court. The convict committed rape of a girl which is very heinous in nature. The Board also considered the present age of the convict. Hence the Board after considering all the facts and reports placed upon, decided to reject the premature release of the convict.

The convict murdered another accused inside jail which is most heinous in nature. The report clearly mentions that if prisoner is released there is strong possibility of gang war and disturbance in public peace of society. The convict also escaped from judicial custody previously. Hence the Board after considering all the facts and reports placed upon, decided to reject the premature release of the convict.
