Notification No.-07 D/Advocate clerk's-17/2020- 456 /JIn exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section (1) of the Jharkhand Advocates Clerks' Welfare Fund Act, 2018, the State Government hereby appoints the 24th Day of April, 2020 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
