NOTIFICATION

S.O.-26- dated-12th June, 2020-- In exercise of powers conferred by the Sub-section (1) of Section-13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section-14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act 1887 (Act XII of 1887) and in modification of all the previous notifications and orders issued on the subject, the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to direct that:-
(a) 02 (Two) Courts of Judicial Magistrate shall be established at Barhi Sub-Division in Hazaribagh District;
(
3(b) The Jurisdictions of the above said 02 Courts of Judicial Magistrate of Barhi Sub-Division shall extend to the entire local limits of the Sub-Division of Barhi; (c) The above said 02 Courts of Judicial Magistrate of Barhi Sub-Division shall hold their sittings at Barhi after creation of the infrastructure and till then they shall be sitting at Hazaribagh;
(d) This Notification shall come in effect with immediate effect.
