No. 30 /2020/R&S-- In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 227(2) (b) of the Constitution of India, the High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi hereby amend following Rule in the Civil Court Rules of the High Court of Jharkhand:
"Rule 334
Note- (i) The form of application for information or copy can be obtained from the Nazir
at one rupee each or hundred rupees per hundred or through the dedicated link
available on the official website in case of online mode as per prescribed mode.
(ii) Filled up information regarding the above application shall be entered in the
computer of the centralized filing counter and the information supplied thereon shall
2 Jharkhand Gazette (Extraordinary), Tuesday, 28th July, 2020 Further, the High Court of Jharkhand hereby insert Rule 371 A in the Civil Court Rules of the High Court of Jharkhand as under :- "Rule 371A: The word 'Application' as referred to in Part-IV of the Civil Court Rules of the High Court of Jharkhand shall also include an Application made online through theofficial website of the High Court of Jharkhand."
Aforesaid amendments shall take effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of Jharkhand.
