No. 78, Dated. 22nd September, 2020 :- In the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 55/2017- State Tax, dated the 14th November, 2017, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 130, dated 14th November, 2017 at page 2 in line 16 and 17 for the words "State Goods and Services Tax Act or the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act", read "Central Goods and Services Tax Act".
