In view of the facts stated in the foregoing paragraph the writ petition deserves to be allowed with a direction to respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and take decision for grant of notional promotion as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of communication/receipt of copy of this order.
10. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
