No.-10/C.B.I.-411/2020- 791 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Act 25 to 1946) H.E. the Governor of Jharkhand has been pleased to accord consent to the extension of powers and jurisdiction to the members of Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of State of Jharkhand upon request made via letter number 904 dated 08.12.2020 of Superintendent of Police/ Head of Branch, CBI, ACB Ranchi for registration of regular case and enquiry against Central Government employees and others for committing offences u/s 120(B), r/w 420,409 and 477A I.P.C. and u/s 7 (explanation 2) of PC Act. 1988 (as amended in 2018).
