No.-10/C.B.I.-409/2020- 977 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Act 25 to 1946) H.E. the Governor of Jharkhand has been pleased to accord consent to the extension of powers and jurisdiction to the members of Delhi Special Police Establishment upon request made via letter number 885 dated 19.11.2020 of Superintendent of Police, Head of Branch, CBI, ACB, Ranchi for registration of regular case against Shri A.K.Chaubey, GM, Magadh Amrapali Area, CCL, Shri Kamal Kumar Panda, Chief Manager (mining)/Project Officer, Magadh OCP, CCL, Shri Pankaj Kumar Jha, Area Survey Officer, Magadh Amrapali Area, CCL, Shri J.P. Singh, Sr. Manager, (mining)/Colliery Manger, Magadh OCP, Shri Subodh Kumar, Sr. Manager, (mining)/Dispatch Officer, Magadh OCP, CCL and Shri Pankaj Soni, Dy. Surveyor, Magadh OCP, CCL, Chatra and others u/s 120(B), r/w 420, 409, 468 & 471 of IPC and
