, -5/-1-909/2014-1919 (HRMS)--2 ( ( 3 4 ( "In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case and the judgment referred to hereinabove, I hereby quashed and set aside the impugned orders dated 22.11.2013 whereby the petitioner has been inflicted punishment of withholding three increments with cumulative effect as well as censor and also the order as contained in memo no.-Arop-909/2014 Kaa 4279 dated 13.05.2015 whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner has been rejected and remit the case back to the disciplinary authority with a direction to pass a fresh order after considering the stand of the petitioner made in his reply to the second show cause notice and pass a fresh order.
