2014 में (WP(PIL) 3118/14) Tenu Bokaro Line Canal Chandil Hydel Project Commission

2 (

"We have considered the aforesaid relevant facts involving the issue raised through this Public Interest Litigation. We are satisfied that a decision to resolve all issues in relation to transfer of small hydel projects to the State of Jharkhand, have been taken in principle by the State of Bihar and Bihar State Hydroelectric Power Corporation.

The Respondent authorities of the State of Bihar and BSHEPC together with the counterpart authorities of the State of Jharkhand and its agency would ensure that formalities in completing the transfer process would be completed within a period of eight weeks from today. On transfer of all necessary papers and completion of these formalities, the Respondent State of Jharkhand would take up the issue of commissioning of these projects in right earnest thereafter. We expect that the Respondent State of Jharkhand and/or its agency would ensure that these projects are commissioned in a time bound manner, preferably within four months thereafter." , 08 , , , , , ,
