The Jharkhand High Court Judges (Medical Facilities) Reimbursement (Amendment) Rules,
2022.
Letter No.-10////R-1-199/2004-105(13)--In exercise of powers conferred under section 23 (1) & (2) read with section 23 (D) (2) of the High Court Judges' (Salaries and conditions of service) Act, 1954 The Governor of Jharkhand pleased to make the following amendment in the Jharkhand High Court Judges (Medical Facilities) Reimbursement Rules, 2004 notified vide notification no.-28 (10) dated-13.01.2005 and The Jharkhand High Court Judges (Medical Facilities) Reimbursement (Amendment), Rules, 2021 notified vide notification no. 80(13) dated: 14.06.2021:-
1. Short title & commencement:-
(i) This Rules may called as The Jharkhand High Court Judges (Medical Facilities) Reimbursement (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
2 Jharkhand Gazette (Extraordinary), Tuesday, 24th May, 2022 2. Amendment of Rule 3 (d):-Sub rule (d) of rule 3 is substituted in the following manner:- "3(d) 'Family' means the spouse, or in case of Judge who has more than one legallymarried wife, wives/legitimate children/ widow/widower/parents of the Judge who are dependent upon him."
3. Inclusion of Rule 5(a):- Inclusion of Rule 5(a) in rule 5 in the following manner :-
"5(a) Air Ambulance facility will be provided in case of special circumstances requiring immediate medical treatment/suffering from a serious medical problem"
