No.- 09/Budget(SDMF)-12/2022 Aa.Pra.-1519--In compliance of the Letter number-33- 02/2020-NDM-I, Dated-14.01.2022 of Ministry of Home Affairs (Disaster Management Division), Government of India, New Delhi the State Government of Jharkhand hereby constitutes the State Disaster Mitigation Fund in exercise of power conferred by section-48 (1) (c) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (No.-53 of 2005).
