सं(cid:201)या- 52/2023/एसडीआर/खंड-।--लोक (cid:292)(cid:467)त(cid:467)न(cid:876)ध(cid:215)व अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम, 1951 क(cid:551) धारा 60 के खंड(ग) के उपबंध(cid:585) के अनुसरण म(cid:581) (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चन आयोग एतद(cid:622)वारा (cid:874)व(cid:467)न(cid:465)द(cid:91)(cid:231)ट करता है (cid:873)क 80 वष(cid:91) से अ(cid:876)धक आयु के (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चक और शार(cid:547)(cid:464)रक (cid:467)न:श(cid:200)तता (ब(cid:581)चमाक(cid:91) ) वाले (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चक, िज(cid:219)ह(cid:581) रा(cid:207)य क(cid:551) (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चक नामाव(cid:871)लय(cid:585) के डाटा बेस म(cid:581) पहले से ह(cid:547) (cid:876)चि(cid:233)नत/इं(cid:876)गत (cid:873)कया गया हो, और जो डाक मतप(cid:287) (cid:622)वारा मतदान करने के (cid:871)लए आवेदन करते ह(cid:583) और जो संबं(cid:876)धत (cid:464)रट(cid:467)न(cid:589)ग अ(cid:876)धकार(cid:547) (cid:622)वारा उसके अनुरोध के स(cid:215)यापन क(cid:551) शत(cid:91) के अधीन ह(cid:583), (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चन(cid:585) का संचालन (cid:467)नयम, 1961 के भाग-IIIक, (cid:874)व(cid:876)ध एवं (cid:219)याय मं(cid:287)ालय, भारत सरकार क(cid:551) अ(cid:876)धसूचना का.आ.सं. 3786(अ.), (cid:465)दनांक 22 अ(cid:200)तूबर, 2019 के इस (cid:874)वषय पर (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चन आयोग (cid:622)वारा (cid:467)नग(cid:91)त (cid:467)नद(cid:566)श(cid:585) एवं (cid:465)दशा(cid:467)नद(cid:566)श(cid:585) के ज(cid:464)रए यथा- संशो(cid:876)धत, के अनुसार लोक (cid:292)(cid:467)त(cid:467)न(cid:876)ध(cid:215)व अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम, 1951 क(cid:551) धारा 30 के अंतग(cid:91)त अ(cid:876)धसू(cid:876)चत होने वाले क(cid:581) (cid:289) शा(cid:871)सत (cid:292)देश ल(cid:162)(cid:622)वीप के संसद(cid:547)य (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चन (cid:162)े(cid:287) एवं अ(cid:510)णाचल (cid:292)देश, झारखंड, त(cid:871)मलनाडु, पि(cid:230)चम बंगाल एवं महारा(cid:231)(cid:282) के (cid:874)वधानसभा (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चन (cid:162)े(cid:287)(cid:585) के (cid:871)लए चल रहे उप (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चन(cid:585) म(cid:581) डाक मतप(cid:287) (cid:622)वारा मतदान करने के (cid:871)लए (cid:229)यि(cid:200)तय(cid:585) क(cid:551) एक (cid:302)ेणी ह(cid:585)गे । 2 झारख(cid:214)ड गजट (असाधारण) मंगलवार, 24 जनवर(cid:547), 2023 उपरो(cid:200)त अ(cid:876)धसूचना को अं(cid:274)ेजी म(cid:581) अनुवाद स(cid:465)हत, झारख(cid:214)ड रा(cid:207)यपाल के (cid:292)ा(cid:876)धकार से इसके (cid:622)वारा (cid:292)का(cid:871)शत (cid:873)कया जाता है जो भारतीय सं(cid:874)वधान के अनु(cid:205)छे द 348 के ख(cid:214)ड (3) के अधीन अं(cid:274)ेजी भाषा म(cid:581) उसका (cid:292)ा(cid:876)धकृ त पाठ समझा जायगा ।

NOTIFICATION
20th January, 2023
No.52/2023/SDR/Vol.I--In pursuance of the provisions of clause (c) of Section-60 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby specifies that the elector above the age of 80 years and electors with physical disability (benchmark) as already marked/flagged in the data base of the electoral rolls of the State and, who requests for voting by postal ballot paper and subject to the verification of his request by Returning Officer concerned, would be a class of persons to give his vote by postal ballot in the ongoing Bye Elections to the Parliamentary Constituency of UT of Lakshadweep and Assembly Constituencies of Arunachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Maharashtra, to be notified under Section 30 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, as per the provisions in Part-IIIA of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, as amended vide Ministry of Law & Justice, Govt. of India, Notification SO No. 3786(E), dated 22nd October, 2019, and the directions and guidelines issued by the Election Commission, on the subject.
