Notification No.- 4/2023 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 27, Dated 5th June, 2023-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, Commercial Taxes Department, No. 2/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 32, dated the 29th June, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Schedule, against S. No. 94, in Column (3), after the item (ii) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entry shall be inserted, namely: -

"(iii) Rab, other than pre-packaged and labelled".

2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 01st March, 2023.

No. 32, dated the 29th June, 2017 and was last amended by notification No. 13/2022 – State Tax (Rate) dated the 14th March, 2023 published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 9, dated the 14th March, 2023.

एस. ओ. सं. 27, दिनांक 5 जून, 2023 - झारख(cid:7003)ड माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 12) की धारा 11 की उप धारा (1) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:7263)ए, झारख(cid:7003)ड सरकार, जीएसटी परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतदद्वारा, झारख(cid:7003)ड सरकार, वाणिज्यकर विभाग- की अधिसूचना संख् या 2/2017- राज्य कर (दर), दिनांक 29 जून, 2017, जिसे एस. ओ. सं. 32, दिनांक 29 जून, 2017 के तहत झारख(cid:7003)ड के राजपत्र, असाधारण, में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, यथा:-

उक्त अधिसूचना की,अनुसूची में, (cid:7059)म संख्या 94 के समक्ष, कॉलम (3) में, मद (ii) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टि को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

"(iii) राब, उनसे भिन्नजिन्हेंप्री-पैके ज्ड और लेबल किया गया हो ";

2. यह अधिसूचना 01 मार्च 2023 ,से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
