2. यतः इस (cid:292)कार हु ई (cid:464)रि(cid:200)त को भरने के (cid:292)योजन से उप-(cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चन कराया जाना है;

अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम के और त(cid:424)ीन बनाये गये (cid:467)नयम(cid:585) और (cid:873)कये गये आदेश(cid:585) के उपब(cid:219)ध(cid:585) के अनुसार 10 (cid:871)सत(cid:224)बर,
2023 (र(cid:874)ववार) से पूव(cid:91) रा(cid:207)य क(cid:551) (cid:874)वधान सभा म(cid:581) हु ई उ(cid:200)त (cid:464)रि(cid:200)त को भरने के (cid:292)योजन से एक (cid:229)यि(cid:200)त (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)(cid:876)चत कर(cid:581);

(क) नाम(cid:467)नद(cid:566)शन करने क(cid:551) अि(cid:219)तम तार(cid:547)ख : 17 अग(cid:232)त, 2023 (वीरवार)
(ख) नाम(cid:467)नद(cid:566)शन(cid:585) क(cid:551) संवी(cid:162)ा क(cid:551) तार(cid:547)ख : 18 अग(cid:232)त, 2023 (शु(cid:272)वार)
(ग) अ(cid:223)य(cid:876)थ(cid:91)ताएं वापस लेने क(cid:551) अि(cid:219)तम तार(cid:547)ख : 21 अग(cid:232)त, 2023 (सोमवार)
(घ) वह तार(cid:547)ख िजसको, य(cid:465)द आव(cid:230)यक हु आ तो मतदान होगा : 05 (cid:871)सत(cid:224)बर, 2023 (मंगलवार)
(ड.) वह तार(cid:547)ख िजससे पूव(cid:91) (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चन स(cid:224)प(cid:219)न करा (cid:871)लया जाएगा : 10 (cid:871)सत(cid:224)बर, 2023 (र(cid:874)ववार)
(cid:467)नयत करता है; और
(इ) 7:00 बजे पूवा(cid:91)(cid:233)न से 5:00 बजे अपरा(cid:233)न तक का समय ऐसे समय के (cid:510)प म(cid:581) (cid:467)नयत करता है

म(cid:581) उसका (cid:292)ा(cid:876)धकृ त पाठ समझा जायगा।

NOTIFICATION

No.100/ES-1/JKD-LA/2/2023:- WHEREAS, the seat of Sh. Jagarnath Mahto, in the Legislative Assembly of the State of Jharkhand, elected from 33-Dumri Assembly Constituency in the State, has become vacant on 06th April, 2023 by reason of his death; and
2. WHEREAS, a bye-election is to be held for the purpose of filling the said vacancy;
3. NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 150 and sections 30 and 56 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby-
(A) Calls upon the said 33-Dumri Assembly Constituency in the State of Jharkhand, to elect, before 10th September, 2023 (Sunday) and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder, a person, for the purpose of filling the said vacancy in the Legislative Assembly of the State;

a. the 17th August, 2023 (Thursday) as the last date for making nominations;
b. the 18th August, 2023 (Friday) as the date for the scrutiny of nominations;
c. the 21st August, 2023 (Monday) as the last date for the withdrawal of
candidatures;
d. the 05th September, 2023 (Tuesday) as the date on which a poll shall, if
necessary, be taken; and
e. the 10th September, 2023 (Sunday) as the date before which the election shall be
completed; and
(C) Fixes the hours from 7.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M as the hours during which the poll shall, if necessary, be taken on the date specified above for the election.
