No. 429/ES-1/JKD/2023(2)--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 13C of the Representation of People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), and in supersession of its notification No. 429/ES-1/JKD-LA/2019(2) dated 03 February, 2020, as amended from time to time, the Election Commission of India herby appoints each of the Officers of the Government specified in column 2 of the Table below as the Assistant Electoral Registration Officer to assist the Electoral Registration Officer of the Assembly Constituency in the State of Jharkhand, as specified in column 1 of the said Table against such Officer of the Government, in performance of the functions of such Electoral Registration Officer :-
