(cid:465)दनांक 19 जून, 2020 के ज(cid:464)रए यथासंशो(cid:876)धत, इस (cid:874)वषय पर (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चन आयोग (cid:622)वारा (cid:467)नग(cid:91)त (cid:467)नद(cid:566)श(cid:585) एवं (cid:465)दशा(cid:467)नद(cid:566)श(cid:585) के साथ प(cid:465)ठत, के अनुसार लोक (cid:292)(cid:467)त(cid:467)न(cid:876)ध(cid:215)व अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम, 1951 क(cid:551) धारा 30 के अंतग(cid:91)त अ(cid:876)धसू(cid:876)चत झारखंड के 33-डु मर(cid:547) (cid:874)वधानसभा (cid:162)े(cid:287), के रल के 98-पुतु(cid:220)पल(cid:547) (cid:874)वधानसभा (cid:162)े(cid:287), (cid:466)(cid:287)पुरा के 20- ब(cid:200)सनगर एवं 23-धनपुर (cid:874)वधानसभा (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चन (cid:162)े(cid:287)(cid:585), पि(cid:230)चम बंगाल के 15-धूपगुड़ी (अ०जा०)(cid:874)वधानसभा (cid:162)े(cid:287), उ(cid:215)तर (cid:292)देश के 354-घोसी (cid:874)वधानसभा (cid:162)े(cid:287) और उ(cid:215)तराख(cid:214)ड के 47- 2 झारख(cid:214)ड गजट (असाधारण) र(cid:874)ववार, 13 अग(cid:232)त, 2023 आदेश से,

व(cid:464)र(cid:231)ठ (cid:292)धान स(cid:876)चव । उपरो(cid:200)त अ(cid:876)धसूचना को अं(cid:274)ेजी म(cid:581) अनुवाद स(cid:465)हत, झारख(cid:214)ड रा(cid:207)यपाल के (cid:292)ा(cid:876)धकार से इसके (cid:622)वारा (cid:292)का(cid:871)शत (cid:873)कया जाता है जो भारतीय सं(cid:874)वधान के अनु(cid:205)छे द 348 के ख(cid:214)ड (3) के अधीन अं(cid:274)ेजी भाषा म(cid:581) उसका (cid:292)ा(cid:876)धकृ त पाठ समझा जायगा ।

NOTIFICATION

No.52/2023/SDR/Vol.I --In pursuance of the provisions of clause (c) of Section 60 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby specifies that the Covid-19 suspect or affected person, certified by competent authority, who applies for voting by postal ballot paper, and subject to verification of his request by the Returning Officer concerned, would be a class of persons to give his vote by postal ballot in the ongoing bye elections to the 33-Dumri Assembly Constituency of Jharkhand, 98- Puthuppally Assembly Constituency of Kerala, 20-Boxanagar and 23-Dhanpur Assembly Constituencies of Tripura, 15-Dhupguri(SC) Assembly Constituency of West Bengal, 354- Ghosi Assembly Constituency of Uttar Pradesh and 47-Bageshwar(SC) Assembly Constituency of Uttarakhand notified under Section 30 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, as per the provisions in Part-IIIA of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, as amended vide Ministry of Law & Justice, Govt. of India, Notification SO No. 1964(E), dated 19th June, 2020 read with the directions and guidelines issued by the Election Commission on the subject.
