No. 17/Accts--The Court has been pleased to accept the statement of Assets and Liablilities of Sri Ranjan Kumar, Oath Commissioner of this Court and his immediate family members which he has submitted on Affidavit.
Accordingly, Shri Ranjan Kumar, Oath Commissioner is hereby appointed on promotion to the post of Assistant Registrar (Non-Judicial), in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 15,600- 39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600/- in PB-III (Level 11under 7th P.R.C.), 2 Jharkhand Gazette (Extraordinary), Monday, 14th August, 2023 In terms of Clause 22 (I) (a) (1) of the Fundamental Rules, if applicable, he is directed to exercise his option within one month from the date of issuance of the Notification, to have his pay fixed under the said Rule from the date of such promotion or initially at the stage of the time scale of the new post above the pay in the lower grade or post from which he is promoted on regular basis, which may be re-fixed in accordance with the Rule on the date of accrual of next increment in the scale of pay of the lower grade or post.
