Notification no. 23-- The Commission in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 86 (1) (a),(b) and (c) read with (e),Section 61 (a to h), and Section 62 (1) of the Electricity Act 2003 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf,the Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following regulation to amendtheJharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2016(hereinafterreferred to as "the Principal Regulations") namely.

1. Short Title and Commencement

a. These Regulation may be called the Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct ofBusiness)(Second Amendment) Regulations, 2023.

b. These Amendment shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Jharkhand Gazette unlessreviewed earlier or extended by the Commission. c. These Regulations shall extend to the State of Jharkhand. 2 Jharkhand Gazette (Extraordinary), Thursday 24th August, 2023 2. In Regulation A3first para will be replaced by " The head office of the Commission, until further order,shall be located at 1st Floor, Jharkhand State Housing Board (Old Building), Harmu
