सं(cid:201)या-11/सू०अ०अ(cid:876)ध०-05/2009(ख(cid:214)ड-1)का०5320--सूचना का अ(cid:876)धकार अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम 2005 क(cid:551) धारा 16(5) के आलोक म(cid:581) मु(cid:201)य सूचना आयु(cid:200)त झारख(cid:214)ड, राँची के वेतन एवं भ(cid:419)े तथा अ(cid:219)य सेवा शत(cid:591) एवं बंधेज (cid:467)नधा(cid:91)रण के स(cid:224)ब(cid:219)ध म(cid:581) अ(cid:876)धसूचना सं(cid:201)या 6975 (cid:465)दनांक 08.07.2014 यथा संशो(cid:876)धत संक(cid:227)प सं(cid:201)या 9865 (cid:465)दनांक 10.11.2015, संक(cid:227)प सं(cid:201)या 4277 (cid:465)दनांक 30.05.2019, संक(cid:227)प सं(cid:201)या 5325 (cid:465)दनांक 22.08.2022 एवं संक(cid:227)प सं(cid:201)या 1162 (cid:465)दनांक 28.02.2023 (cid:467)नग(cid:91)त है ।2 झारख(cid:214)ड गजट (असाधारण) गु(cid:509)वार, 12 अ(cid:200)टू बर, 2023 2. सूचना का अ(cid:876)धकार अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम, 2005 क(cid:551) धारा 16(5)(a) के अनुसार मु(cid:201)य सूचना आयु(cid:200)त का वेतन तथा भ(cid:419)े एवं सेवाश(cid:419)(cid:566) चुनाव आयु(cid:200)त के समान होगी ।

मु(cid:201)य (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चन आयु(cid:200)त एवं अ(cid:219)य (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चन आयु(cid:200)त(cid:585) का वेतन उ(cid:205)चतम (cid:219)यायालय के (cid:219)यायाधीश के समान है ।

3. (cid:874)व(cid:876)ध और (cid:219)याय मं(cid:287)ालय ((cid:219)याय (cid:874)वभाग) क(cid:551) अ(cid:876)धसूचना सं(cid:201)या 831 (cid:465)दनांक 04.08.2021 के (cid:622)वारा उ(cid:205)चतम (cid:219)यायालय (cid:219)यायाधीश (cid:467)नयम 1959 के (cid:467)नयम 3(ख) म(cid:581) (cid:467)न(cid:224)नवत ् संशोधन (cid:873)कया गया हैः-

"1500 (cid:467)नःशु(cid:227)क कॉल (cid:292)(cid:467)तमाह (टेल(cid:547)फोन (cid:292)ा(cid:876)धका(cid:464)रय(cid:585) (cid:622)वारा (cid:292)(cid:467)तमाह द(cid:547) जाने वाल(cid:547) (cid:467)नःशु(cid:227)क काल(cid:585) के अलावा)" श(cid:222)द(cid:585) के (cid:232)थान पर, "4200/- (cid:510)पए (cid:292)(cid:467)तमाह+यथालागू कर से अन(cid:876)धक आवासीय टेल(cid:547)फोन कॉल (cid:292)भार(cid:585) या मोबाइल फोन या (cid:294)ाडब(cid:583)ड या मोबाइल डाटा या डाटा काड(cid:91) क(cid:551) (cid:292)(cid:467)तपू(cid:467)त(cid:91)" श(cid:222)द रखे जाएंगे ;

4. उपयु (cid:91)(cid:200)त के आलोक म(cid:581) भारत (cid:467)नवा(cid:91)चन आयोग स(cid:876)चवालय, नई (cid:465)द(cid:227)ल(cid:547) के काया(cid:91)लय आदेश सं(cid:201)या 193/1/2022(I) (cid:465)दनांक 13.05.2022 के (cid:622)वारा (cid:467)न(cid:224)न (cid:292)ावधान (cid:873)कया गया हैः-

''In para 4(b) Post Retirement Benefit in Office Memorandurn No.193/1/2017(l) dated 20.02.2017, the word 'Rs. 2500/- per month' is hereby substituted by 'Rs. 4200 per month' with scope and provision as mentioned above.''

5. माननीय सव(cid:574)(cid:205)च (cid:219)यायालय, नई (cid:465)द(cid:227)ल(cid:547) के अ(cid:876)धसूचना सं(cid:201)या 358 (cid:465)दनांक 24.11.2016 के (cid:622)वारा पूव(cid:91) मु(cid:201)य (cid:219)यायाधीश(cid:585) एवं अ(cid:219)य (cid:219)यायाधीश(cid:585) को Domestic Help क(cid:551) सु(cid:874)वधा (cid:232)वीकृ त क(cid:551) गयी है।

6. उपयु (cid:91)(cid:200)त के आलोक म(cid:581) के (cid:219)(cid:289)(cid:547)य सूचना आयोग, नई (cid:465)द(cid:227)ल(cid:547) के काया(cid:91)लय आदेश सं(cid:201)या 5/2/2013/CIC/Admn (cid:465)दनांक 09.04.2018 क(cid:551) कं (cid:875)डका 2 म(cid:581) (cid:467)न(cid:224)न (cid:292)ावधान (cid:873)कया गया हैः-

''2- In line with the Office Memorandum no.193/1/2017(l) dated 05.07.2017 of Election Commission of India, following shall be the procedure for engagement of Domestic Help for retired Chief Information Commissioners/Information Commissioners :-

I. The retired Chief Information Commiossioners/Information Commissioners shall be entitled to avail the services of Domestic Help, if no facility of a Domestic Help is attached to the officer or post to which the retired Chief Information Commissioners/Information Commissioners is appointed after retirement.

II. Retired Chief Information Commissioners/Information Commissioners would at his/her discretion be entitled to select a person to be engaged as Domestic Help on contractual basis, and who will be available until the retired Chief Information Commissioners/Information Commissioners are entitled to the benefit of this facility, subject to the certification by the retired Chief Information Commissioners/Information Commissioners about the satisfactory performance of the Domestic Help.''

7- उ(cid:200)त के (cid:272)म म(cid:581) के (cid:219)(cid:289)(cid:547)य सूचना आयोग, नई (cid:465)द(cid:227)ल(cid:547) के संक(cid:227)प सं(cid:201)या 5/2/2013/ CIC/Admn (cid:465)दनांक 09.04.2018 के (cid:622)वारा (cid:467)न(cid:224)न (cid:292)ावधान (cid:873)कया गया हैः-

''2. The wages to be reimbursed by the Central Information Commission to the former CICs/ICs for the engagement of a Domestic Help shall be equivalent to the salary payable to a Multi-Tasking Staff or equivalent at the minimum of the scale of pay inclusive of dearness allowance and yearly increment as applicable. The present rate of wages would be Rs. 18000/- plus DA as applicable.''

8. उपयु (cid:91)(cid:200)त व(cid:872)ण(cid:91)त ि(cid:232)थ(cid:467)त म(cid:581) का(cid:871)म(cid:91)क (cid:874)वभागीय संक(cid:227)प सं(cid:201)या 6975 (cid:465)दनांक 08.07.2014, संक(cid:227)प सं(cid:201)या 9865 (cid:465)दनांक 10.11.2015 एवं संक(cid:227)प सं(cid:201)या 4277 (cid:465)दनांक 30.05.2019 के (cid:622)वारा (cid:467)नधा(cid:91)(cid:464)रत मु(cid:201)य सूचना आयु(cid:200)त, झारख(cid:214)ड रा(cid:207)य सूचना आयोग के (cid:871)लए वेतन एवं भ(cid:419)े तथा अ(cid:219)य सेवा शत(cid:91) एवं बंधेज म(cid:581) (cid:467)न(cid:224)नवत ् संशोधन (cid:873)कया जाता हैः-

I. Under the Post Retirement Benefits heading for the words ''the number of free calls to the extent of 1500 per month (over and above the number of free calls per month allowed by the telephone authorities)'' the words "reimbursement of telephone call charges of residential telephone or mobile phone or broadband or mobile data or data card not exceeding to Rs. 4200/- per month + taxes as applicable'' shall be substituted.

II. The retired Chief Information Commiossioners shall be entitled to avail the services of Domestic Help, if no facility of a Domestic Help is attached to the officer or post to which the retired Chief Information Commissioners is appointed after retirement.

The wages to be reimbursed by the State Information Commission to the former CICs for the engagement of a Domestic Help shall be equivalent to the salary payable to a Multi-Tasking Staff or equivalent at the minimum of the scale of pay inclusive of dearness allowance and yearly increment as applicable. The present rate of wages would be Rs.18000/- plus DA as applicable.''4 झारख(cid:214)ड गजट (असाधारण) गु(cid:509)वार, 12 अ(cid:200)टू बर, 2023 The terms and conditions for availing the services of Domestic help shall be as per the conditions framed by Central information commission, New Delhi vide its Office Memorandum No. 5/2/2013/CIC/Admn Dated 09.04.2018.

9. उपयु (cid:91)(cid:200)त संशोधन पर का(cid:871)म(cid:91)क, (cid:292)शास(cid:467)नक सुधार तथा राजभाषा (cid:874)वभाग, राँची के संलेख (cid:163)ापांक 4613 (cid:465)दनांक 11.08.2023 म(cid:581) सि(cid:219)न(cid:465)हत (cid:292)(cid:232)ताव पर मं(cid:466)(cid:287)प(cid:464)रष(cid:622) क(cid:551) बैठक (cid:465)दनांक 06.09.2023 म(cid:581) मद सं(cid:201)या 17 के (cid:510)प म(cid:581) (cid:232)वीकृ (cid:467)त (cid:292)ा(cid:220)त है ।
