Notification No.- 28/2023 – State Tax
S.O. No. 41, Dated 12th December, 2023--In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023 (13 of 2023), the Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints, —
(a) the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 24 (except sections 14 to 19) of the said Act shall come into force;
(b) the 1st day of August, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 14 to 19 of the said Act shall come into force.
2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 31st July, 2023.

एस. ओ. सं. 41, (cid:465)दनांक 12 (cid:465)दस(cid:224)बर, 2023- झारख(cid:214)ड सरकार, झारख(cid:214)ड माल और सेवा कर )संशोधन ( अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम, 2023 (2023 का 13) क(cid:551) धारा 1 क(cid:551) उपधारा (2) के खंड (ख) (cid:622)वारा (cid:292)द(cid:419) शि(cid:200)तय(cid:585) का (cid:292)योग करते हु ए ,-
(क) तार(cid:547)ख 1 अ(cid:200)तूबर, 2023 को, उस तार(cid:547)ख के (cid:509)प म(cid:581) (cid:467)नयत करती है िजसको उ(cid:200)त अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम क(cid:551) धारा 2 से धारा 24 तक (धारा 14 से धारा 19 के (cid:871)सवाय) के उपबंध (cid:292)व(cid:419)(cid:91) ह(cid:585)गे;
(ख) तार(cid:547)ख 1 अग(cid:232)त, 2023 को, उस तार(cid:547)ख के (cid:509)प म(cid:581) (cid:467)नयत करती है िजसको उ(cid:200)त अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम क(cid:551) धारा 14 से धारा 19 के उपबंध (cid:292)वृ (cid:419) ह(cid:585)गे ।
2. यह अ(cid:876)धसूचना 31 जुलाई, 2023 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
