Perusal of the record reveals that earlier time was allowed to the petitioners subject to deposit of Rs.4,000/- with the Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority (JHALSA).
3 झारख(cid:214)ड गजट (असाधारण) सोमवार, 24 फ़रवर(cid:547), 2025Prayer for time is allowed subject to deposit of Rs.8,000/- by the petitioners with Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority (JHALSA) within eight weeks, failing which, these Election Petitions shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
If the proof of deposit of Rs.8,000/- with JHALSA by the petitioners is filed within eight weeks, list these Election Petitions after eight weeks.
