सं(cid:201)या-ख०(cid:467)न०(नी(cid:467)त)-01/2024-812--झारख(cid:214)ड रा(cid:207)य के अंतग(cid:91)त झारख(cid:214)ड ख(cid:467)नज धा(cid:464)रत भू(cid:871)म उपकर अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम, 2024 क(cid:551) अनुसूची को, (cid:467)नयमावल(cid:547) के तहत ग(cid:465)ठत Governing Body क(cid:551) अनुसंशा के उपरांत The Jharkhand Mineral Bearing Land Cess Rule, 2024 के (cid:467)नयम- 8(1) के तहत (cid:467)न(cid:224)नवत अनुसूची से (cid:292)(cid:467)त(cid:232)था(cid:874)पत (cid:873)कया जाता है:-

| 1. | Coal bearing land | Rs. 250/- per metric tonne of coal dispatch. |
| 2. | Iron Ore bearing land | Rs. 400/- per metric tonne of Iron ore dispatch. |
| 3. | Bauxite bearing land | Non Metallurgical Grade :Rs. 116/- per metric tonne of bauxite dispatch. Metallurgical Grade : 0.30% of London Metal Exchange (Aluminium) price. |
| 4. | Limestone bearing land | Rs. 40/- per metric tonne of limestone dispatch. |
| 5. | Goldbearing land | Primary Gold: 2% of London Bullion Market Association Price. By product Gold : 1.65% of London Bullion Market Association Price |
| 6. | Copperbearing land | 2.31% of London Metal Exchange (Copper) Price. |
| 7. | Leadbearing land | 4.25% of London Metal Exchange (Lead) Price (Ore). 7.25% of London Metal Exchange (Lead) Price (Concentrated). |
| 8. | Graphitebearing land | Rs. 12.50 Per Metric Tonne of Graphite Dispatch (with less than of 20% fixed carbon grade). Rs. 112.5 Per Metric Tonne of Graphite Dispatch (with more than of 80% fixed carbon grade). |
| 9. | Kyanitebearing land | Rs. 121 Per Metric Tonne of Kyanite Dispatch |
| 10. | Uraniumbearing land | 1% of Annual Compensation Amount received by UCIL. |
| 11. | Any other mineral bearing land | In case of any other mineral, once excavation starts in the State, then Rate of Cess should be calculated- (a) On the basis of Annual Value of Mineral Bearing Land in case Average Sale Price is published/ available on IBM/JIMMS Portal/ GSTN Portal/Any other authorized source for such minerals. or, (b) On the basis of Second Schedule of Mines and Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, 1957 in case Sale Price published/available for metal processed from such mineral whereas, Average Sale Price is not published/available on IBM/ JIMMS Portal /GSTN Portal/ Any other authorized source for such mineral |
