Memo No.-10/C.B.I.-414/2025-2469--Government of Jharkhand hereby accord consent u/s 06 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act 1946 (25 of 1946) to all the members of Delhi Special Police Establishment to exercise power and jurisdiction under the said Act in the State of Jharkhand, upon request made vide letter No.-333/CO-05/2025-R, dated 27.03.2025 of DIG of Police/Head of Branch, CBI, ACB, Ranchi for registration of a regular case against the following suspect persons:-
(i) M/s Rajeshwari Iron and Steel Co. Private Limited having registered office at 71, Canning Street, 5th Floor, Room No.- 512A, Kolkata, West Bengal, India & Corporate office at Anandmani Apartment, 4th Floor, Flat No.- 401A, J. C. Road, Lalpur, Ranchi-1.
(ii) Shri Sumit Kejriwal, S/o Ashok Kumar Kejriwal, Director/Guarantor of M/s Rajeshwari 2 Jharkhand Gazette (Extraordinary), Monday, 5th May, 2025 (iv) Shri Navin Rajgaria, S/o Champak Prasad Rajgaria, Director/Guarantor of M/s Rajeshwari Iron and Steel Co. Pvt. Limited, R/o 243, CR Avenue, Kolkata-700006. (v) Shri Amit Kejriwal, S/o Ashok Kumar Kejriwal, Guarantor of M/s Rajeshwari Iron and Steel Co. Pvt. Limited, R/o 28, New Road, Ganesh Court, 5th Floor, Alipore, Kolkata- 700027.
(vi) Unknown public servant(s)/ private person (s).
for committing offences u/s 120B r/w 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC and sec. 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of PC Act, 1988 (before the amendment in 2018) and any other offence(s) that may come into light during investigation of case including any attempt, abetment and conspiracy in relation to or in connection with one or more such offences and/or any other offence(s) committed in the course of the same transaction or arising out of the same facts.
