Notification No.- 01/2025 – State Tax
S.O. No. 25, Dated 9th July, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 37 read with section 168 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 83/2020 –State Tax, dated the 29th January, 2021, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 15, dated the 29th January, 2021, namely:– In the said notification, after the fifth proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-
"Provided also that the time limit for furnishing the details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR- 39 of the said Act for the tax period December, 2024, shall be extended till the thirteenth day of January, 2 Jharkhand Gazette (Extraordinary), Wednesday , 9th July, 2025 section, for the tax period October to December, 2024, shall be extended till the fifteenth day of January, 2025."
2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 10th day of January , 2025.

एस. ओ. सं. 25, कदनांि 9 जुलाई, 2025 – झारख(cid:503) माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 12) की धारा 168 के साथ पठित धारा 37 की उपधारा (1) के (cid:366)थम परं तुक (cid:554)ारा (cid:366)द(cid:517) श(cid:304)(cid:389)यों का (cid:366)योग करते (cid:352)ए, आयु(cid:389), प(cid:303)रषद की सिफा(cid:303)रशों पर, झारख(cid:503) सरकार के वाणि(cid:475)-कर विभाग की अधिसूचना सं(cid:421)ा 83/2020- रा(cid:475) कर, दिनांक 29 जनवरी, 2021, जिसे झारख(cid:503) के राजप(cid:361), असाधारण, म(cid:336) एस. ओ. सं. 15, दिनांक 29 जनवरी, 2021 (cid:554)ारा (cid:366)काशित किया गया था, म(cid:336) नि(cid:635)लि(cid:304)खत और संशोधन करते ह(cid:339), अथा(cid:330)त्:-
उ(cid:389) अधिसूचना म(cid:336) पांचव(cid:336) परं तुक के प(cid:686)ात नि(cid:635)लि(cid:304)खत परं तुक अंतः (cid:830)थापित किया जाएगा, अथा(cid:330)त्:-
"परं तु यह भी कि उ(cid:389) अधिनियम की धारा 39 की उपधारा (1) के अधीनकर अवधि दिसंबर, 2024 के लिए विवरणी (cid:366)(cid:721)ुत करने हेतु अपे(िcid:407)त पंजीकृ त (cid:681)(cid:304)(cid:389)यों के लिए उ(cid:389) नियमों के (cid:366)(cid:349)प जीएसटीआर-1 म(cid:336) जावक आपूति(cid:330)यों का (cid:623)ौरा (cid:366)(cid:721)ुत करने की समय-सीमा माह जनवरी, 2025 के तेरहवे दिन तक बढ़ाई जाएगी और उन पंजीकृ त (cid:681)(cid:304)(cid:389)यों के लिए, जि(cid:590)(cid:336) अ(cid:387)ू बर से दिसंबर, 2024 की कर अवधि के लिए उ(cid:389) उपधारा के परं तुक के अधीन विवरणी (cid:366)(cid:721)ुत करने की आव(cid:692)कता है, माह जनवरी, 2025 के पं(cid:363)हवे दिन तक बढ़ाई जाएगी ।"3 Jharkhand Gazette (Extraordinary), Wednesday , 9th July, 2025 (2) यह अधिसूचना 10 जनवरी, 2025 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
