Notification No.- 1/2026 – State Tax
S.O. No. 4, Dated 17th July, 2026:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the GST Council, hereby extends the due date for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of March, 2026 till the twenty-first day of April, 2026, for the registered persons who are required to furnish return under sub-section (1) of section 39 read with clause (i) of sub-rule (1) of rule 61 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 20th day of April, 2026.

एस. ओ. सं. 4, कदनां ि 17 जुलाई, 2026 – झारख(cid:503) माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 12) की धारा 39 की उप-धारा (6) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:7263)ए, आयुक्त, जीएसटी परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, एत(cid:7375)ारा, उन पंजीकृ त (cid:7390)क्तियों के लिए, जो झारख(cid:503) माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017 के नियम 61 के उप-नियम (1) के ख(cid:7003)ड (i) के साथ पठित, के न्(cid:7076)ीय माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 की 39 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन विवरणी प्रस्तुत करने के लिए आब(cid:7373) हैं, मार्च, 2026 माह के लिए प्ररूप GSTR-3B में विवरणी प्रस्तुत करने की नियत तारीख को बढ़ाकर अप्रैल, 2026 का इ(cid:7333)ीसवाँ दिन करता है ।
2. यह अकधसूचना 20 अ(cid:366)ैल, 2026 ेि कदन से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
